Hip & comfy hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Cool interesting design. Very comfy beds. Parking access (you do have to pay for it, but not overpriced). Restaurant/bar on premises.

Cons:

Rooms aren’t completely soundproof from the street. Can be a little noisy at times but not bad.

Potential but falls short
Pros:

When I stayed in this hotel, I guess they had an issue with housekeeping and in the five nights that I stayed there nobody cleaned my room once.

I did ask for clean towels and a water kettle that worked and fresh coffee, and the front desk staff assured me that they would bring it, but for various reasons that didn’t happen.

They genuinely seemed under staffed. I noticed they cleaned the trash cans in my room but never gave me new towels. Weird.

I will say, though that the front desk staff was incredibly kind and nice and accommodating. The food was ok - not amazing.

The hotel is in a good area, but there are many many unhoused people all around the hotel and even who sit on the hotel property.

I think I would’ve just appreciated a bit more communication about the housekeeping issue and attention to getting fresh items.

The room is loud. The ac is loud, the fridge is loud and if you stay on the 4th floor - the HVAC unit is INSANELY loud.

I did pay over $250 a night and I just felt like it was kind of more of a glorified Hampton Inn rather than an amazing boutique hotel. I personally probably wouldn’t stay again.

Shout out to Kimberly at the front who was so nice!

Good 4 day weekend.
Pros:

The property was clean. The rooms are set up odd but they were nice.

Cons:

The walls are thin. There was a water flushing sound all night every night. You could hear the people in the bathroom next door.

Perfectly acceptable
Pros:

Fine location just on the edge of 'downtown'. Good simple room.

Cons:

Asked and received a quiet room, unfortunately that was next to the kitchen extractor fan so woke me up each morning.

I would come back but I'd call with any questions or room requests.
Pros:

Very cool vibe. Nice and Scandi interstitial design. Lots of hang out space, in and outdoors (though outside desperately needs shade). Rooms ire fun with the sleeping platform and big windows.

Cons:

Customer service is my only criticism. They only had 2 folks to clean. So had to wait to get our room. However we were there at 3. And no response to 3 emails I sent the property. They may just be understaffed for summer tourism? But nice staff and great food.

Nice place to stay. Very minimal. Loud street noise.
Pros:

The location was walkable to everything in Downtown Colorado Springs. The room was clean and staff was friendly.

Cons:

The building is next to the main road. Road traffic is very loud in the room. The bathroom also has a barn door which reduces on privacy.
