No frills property, mistakenly called boutique hotel . No safety deposit box , not an actual bed just a mattress sitting on the raised floor, small rooms, bad noise all night from the highway
Loved the feel of the hotel and rooms. Great central location downtown, close to highway. No hotel keys!
Not much. No iron in room and only 3 hangers for 2 people to share as we tried to hang up our close for the long weekend.

Hours for bar/restaurant were closed two hours earlier than the website had. I booked because of the hours. Also, you could not get in the main entrance either. Had to go around back at 8:00 pm. That was very early for a hotel.

Cool interesting design. Very comfy beds. Parking access (you do have to pay for it, but not overpriced). Restaurant/bar on premises.
Rooms aren’t completely soundproof from the street. Can be a little noisy at times but not bad.
When I stayed in this hotel, I guess they had an issue with housekeeping and in the five nights that I stayed there nobody cleaned my room once.
I did ask for clean towels and a water kettle that worked and fresh coffee, and the front desk staff assured me that they would bring it, but for various reasons that didn’t happen.
They genuinely seemed under staffed. I noticed they cleaned the trash cans in my room but never gave me new towels. Weird.
I will say, though that the front desk staff was incredibly kind and nice and accommodating. The food was ok - not amazing.
The hotel is in a good area, but there are many many unhoused people all around the hotel and even who sit on the hotel property.
I think I would’ve just appreciated a bit more communication about the housekeeping issue and attention to getting fresh items.
The room is loud. The ac is loud, the fridge is loud and if you stay on the 4th floor - the HVAC unit is INSANELY loud.
I did pay over $250 a night and I just felt like it was kind of more of a glorified Hampton Inn rather than an amazing boutique hotel. I personally probably wouldn’t stay again.

The property was clean. The rooms are set up odd but they were nice.
The walls are thin. There was a water flushing sound all night every night. You could hear the people in the bathroom next door.
