Pasé 5 noches sin dormir bien y me pidieron dinero para poder contemplar ayudarme
Pros:

Aunque el sector donde se encuentra el hotel no es bonito ni se siente muy seguro, es muy central para poderse mover en la gigantesca Ciudad de México. El housekeeping y la limpieza estuvieron excelentes. El desayuno también es bueno.

Cons:

Me dieron una habitación que daba a la calle. Pasé 5 noches sin poder dormir bien por el ruido. Pedí un cambio de habitación y me dijeron que si quería cambiar de habitación me tocaba pagar más. Prefirieron jugar con mi salud mental que ayudar a un cliente a dormir, que es a lo que uno va principalmente a un hotel.

Me encantó mi estancia en este hotel. La ubicación fue excelente, muy cerca del Metro y de varios lugares turísticos. El personal fue amable y atento en todo momento, la habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, y me sentí segura durante toda mi estadía. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo a quienes visiten Ciudad de México.

Mi primera vez en México.
Pros:

La atención del personal, sobretodo los encargados de la cocina, habitaciones amplias y desayuno muy rico y variado.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar el aseo diario de la habitación, de pronto la ubicación no es la mejor pero nos fue bien y sin problemas.
