Upscale, incredible restaurant, no-hassle pet friendly
Prima centraal gelegen hotel met ruime hotelkamers. De badkamer was oké, maar een douche gordijn past niet meer.
Ontbijt was inbegrepen en a la carte, prima kwaliteit.
Well located. Friendly staff, great food
Room service and laundry services are on scheduled timings, so needs to be factored in. It’s not that I don’t “like” that but just need to be aware to plan better
A nice hotel - overall our stay was positive - valet service was a 2/10 seemed under staffed and had to wait very long times to get car - Fieldings is a decent choice for dining but not fabulous - the staff was very friendly and attentive to issues
Nice light dinner in corfortable surroundings. Service was excellent.
Nothing really
Excellent staff, hands down. The pop-up Lobby happy hour was great opp to socialize. Rooftop bar is insane at sunset and live music in the basement bar was a treat.
Super location, right in the heart of Downtown Bozeman - 1 min walk to the main drag
Staff - especially all the crew in the kitchen and restaurant - superb all of them, possibly the highlight of the hotel
Restaurant - tried the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner during a 1 week stay - all superb (apart from the more "healthy" options at breakfast - they couldn't seem to deliver an impressive granola and yoghurt (which just happens to be our daily go to back home), but otherwise, faultless and good value
The bed - not level (so head lower than feet) and some bright thinker, reckons putting an uncovered duvet in between 2 separate loose sheets is some form of premium sleep experience - it took minutes sometimes to untangle yourself from the sheets to get in and out - just weird, but perhaps its a North American thing? Anyway, please just give us a duvet with a proper cover on and forget the sheet sandwich please!
The service charge of £200/day that we didn't get good value from
Bathroom starting to show its wear
Overpriced for what it is/what you get (notwithstanding its great location in a cool town)
With a lot of wedding guests arriving simultaneously, and some room trades, changes and name additions, the front desk was friendly, efficient and highly effective. Restaurant service was quick terrific, and again all was timely and food very good. Clean room with all amenities. This is a very well-run hotel!
Nice hotel in the center of Bozeman with easy walking distance to restaurants. While we didn't use the rooftop pool, it was nice up there. The only issue with is was the lack of seating. The pool capacity is 21 but there was only seating for half that many people. Maybe substituting smaller (not heavy wood) furniture would allow for more seats. They also offer a wine and beer social hour at 5PM each night and have loaner bicycles for guests to use. Great choices for breakfast.
The biggest negative was the bed. The bed was very soft but what made it more uncomfortable was that they use king size flat sheets in place of a fitted bottom sheet on a king size bed. The sheets would come untucked during the night and bunch up under you while sleeping. And lastly, I wish they would take up a popular room servicing plan where if you leave your towels hanging up, they won't be changed out. Only if they are left on the floor will you get new ones. That would certainly save the hotel work and be more energy conscious.
Location and general feel
No
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Kimpton Armory Bozeman for two nights. Per usual with Kimpton, the hotel is stylish. It has comfortable rooms, beautiful views, a rooftop pool and bar, a nightly hosted social hour as well as a basement lounge with great live music. We enjoyed local musicians both nights we were there and had a delicious breakfast both mornings too. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and did a great job of recognizing IHG status and providing amenities. Bozeman hotel prices are high and the Armory is no exception. The value lies in the quality and amenities of the hotel. This is not a basic, no-frills kind of hotel, nor a hip remodeled motel type of place. It is elegant but fun with lots of extras. Highly recommend!
Centrally located,
we asked for the sheets to be changed after finding hair in it. Couldn’t open windows as they forgot to put back levers (though the maintenance personnel was really kind). I asked for a package to be held and they didn’t. It was hundreds of dollars in shipping gone, and they never explained or apologized even though they had written they would hold it for me.
Staff at front desk and roof top were not pleasant. The room rate was way over blown for the small room. Literally ridiculous. The pool was closed because there was not supervision provided and small children pooped in the pool.
They also CHARGE you an extra $100 over your reserved room rate and claim they will give it back. They 'justify' this because somehow their computer system can't track room/restaurant charges???? This is first hotel ever to say this. Really in 2026? The computer can't track this. Many hotels can charge this but NEVER has one not refunded this?
Great hotel. Thank you to the super friendly staff. Especially Isabella!
very average hotel .room was big king studio but no closet space no robe no sleepers mattress to soft to my taste and i don't like firm mattress so 5 star hotel and no cleaning room service so only upon request no one told us that when we checked in so my review is terrible overpriced hotel .... Breakfast was very good other then that i recommend maybe staying in hotel like AC Marriott at least they advertise 3 star
