Pros:

Muy fácil de llegar y estaba muy limpio el lobby y la entrada del hotel

Cons:

Hacia mucho calor en el elevador y en los pasillos de las recamaras, no cuentan con A/C. Al entrar a la recamara percibias el olor a humedad.

Solo me quede una noche.
Yo soy de Matamoros y es la primera vez que me quedo en este hotel y la ÚLTIMA… el hotel tiene salones de eventos y no tienen control en quien entra y sale de el hotel cualquiera puede tener acceso hasta las habitaciones, las camas solo tienen sábanas no cobertores y no tienen ni teléfono en la habitación para hablar a la recepción. Al hablarles desde mi teléfono para preguntar por los cobertores me dijeron que tienen unas cobijas (horribles y sucias en el clóset y que no contaban con teléfono en la habitación ❌
No me sentí segura viajando sola por que en la alberca un grupo de hombres estaban hasta la madrugada tomando, la puerta corrediza del balcón no tenía seguridad se quedaba abierta. Me quedé solo una noche y me fui al día siguiente. Hotel.com me colgó la llamada 2 veces al tratar de reportarlo para pedir mi rembolso de la segunda noche ❌🚩
