Pre-authorisation will be taken upon arrival to cover for any damages caused to the property. An amount equivalent to the booked room rate will be taken for 1-night stays and 50% of the total room rate for bookings for more than one night.

Didn't see a single human member of staff - only contact we had was one phone call when on our way, checked ourselves in & out.
Room and hallway smelt very strong of cigarette smoke.

Shower surrounds need attention - cracks, missing silicone & one part was coming away from the wall.
Air con unit very noisy (although we were grateful to have it) and wasn't switched on prior to arrival therefore the room was very hot on arrival, took a while to cool down.

The hard lumpy bed & being woken up at 2am & 5:10am noisy load staff talking on a walkie talkie outside our door & up the corridor!!

I assume the discount was because of the lack of bar and restaurant but it was not enough for such a terrible hotel.
The entire site was run-down and poorly cared for. It would have been nice to meet a human being on arrival and departure. The room was awful, with a hard floor and no windows other than a skylight (with nothing provided to reach up and open/close it). It was like being in a prison cell, although it looked more like a portakabin. The hotel got in touch to inform me about the bar and restaurant closure and promised follow up information on local facilities. This was not sent.
Liked the location and the room was clean also the person who welcomed us was very friendly
No where to eat or have a drink which we were led to believe would be available when we booked.
