Please note that this property is located right next to the A30 road and guests might experience some noise disturbance.

Pre-authorization will be taken upon arrival to cover for any damages caused to the property. An amount equivalent to the booked room rate will be taken for 1-night stays and 50% of the total room rate for bookings for more than one night.

A surcharge of £25 applies for arrivals after check-in hours.

It was a good place to stay as we was out in Exeter with friends

Cons:

The outside was a little dated and rough, needed a tidy up
It’s no that we didn’t like it but was a bit strange the reception lady was also a cleaner and that’s the only person we saw in late afternoon to mid morning next day .

I would not recommend anyone to stay here- unclean and unsafe.
Cons:

Absolutely awful stay. Even for a budget hotel several aspects were unacceptable. There was unflushed urine in my ensuite bathroom on arrival to the room. A man upstairs screamed and shouted all night, with no staff available to intervene. I tried the emergency telephone number multiple times with no answer. I ended up leaving the property at 3am as it felt so unsafe. They agreed to a refund via email but 1 month later I have not received it.

Very very noisy with location and broken window but very clean and large room for the money.
Pros:

Room was very clean and spacious. I had a bath and a shower. The hotel was very easy to find and had plenty of parking.

Cons:

Check in was unmanned so leaving keys with names and room numbers for everyone to see didn’t seem very secure.

The room was right on the motorway and my window was broken so it was very very noisy between the rattling pane and the traffic. I did manage to stick a towel in around 2am and stop the rattling but until then I was unable to sleep.

Room was clean and staff were very helpful Erica was so nice and really went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed

Cons:

The fact there was no restaurant or bar that was advertised the toilet kept dribbling all night kept hearing banging the attic door was loose so had to wedge my bag up against it so it wouldn't shake room is in such a random order can't even see the TV in bed
