Pros:

The staff are excellent, the hotel is functional, clean and convenient. This time I had a room facing the dual carriageway which was pretty loud, but each room has an airconditioning unit which helps if you want to keep the windows closed.

Pros:

Convenient location and the rooms were very clean amd bed very comfortable. Shout out to Erika who went out of her way to help me, thank you!

Cons:

The windows dont close properly so the noise is quite loud, but then it is just off the M5 so I was expecting some noise. Some of the people that I stayed with didnt have as nice rooms so its hit or miss as to where you end up

Don't judge this hotel by the outside because inside is lovely.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean. The girl on reception was lovely, friendly and very helpful. Comfy bed. Hot powerful shower. Shell petrol station 3 minutes walk away for any food or pub in the village. Very convenient hotel just off the motorway. Doesn't look anything from the outside but inside it was clean and freshly painted, better than some well known hotel chains that we have stayed in. Excellent price would stay again.

Cons:

As it was next to the motorway it was noisy, but that is to be expected. Shower cubicle was small.

Good value for what we needed.
Pros:

Its location to the races and whilst the outside of the hotel didn’t look well maintained, the inside was.

Cons:

Being so close to the main road noise.

A great budget hotel, friendly and comfy.
Pros:

Location was great and easy to get to, perfect for my visits to Exeter and Plymouth. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfy. Lots of hot water and a powerful shower.

Cons:

The room was a bit hot at times, there was an air conditioning unit, but it was a bit noisy for night time. It would have been useful to have a small fridge in the room, especially as there is no restaurant at the moment.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Very disappointed on facilities, room and noisy air conditioning unit. Single beds were small and not suitable for adults. Would question if the room we were given was a deluxe as booked.
