Pre-authorisation will be taken upon arrival to cover for any damages caused to the property. An amount equivalent to the booked room rate will be taken for 1-night stays and 50% of the total room rate for bookings for more than one night.

Le camere erano molto pulite.
Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo incontrato viaggiatori che cercavano l'uscita dal 1973 nei labirintici percorsi per raggiungere le camere, abbiamo interagito con i locali che portavano a spasso il cane e dalle finestre potevano suggerire l'abbigliamento più idoneo per la giornata, verificato l'orario più idoneo per la partenza evitando le code in superstrada visibili dalla finestra e non ultimo, abbiamo socializzato con amanti delle gite in barca che si sentivano a loro agio sul parquet che scricchiolava.
Room was clean that was the main thing staff very friendly for when they were there
Not having the restroom & bar open
Had to walk over to another hotel for dinner
Only 1 large towel for both of us 1 toilet roll
And a rug placed outside bathroom door that was restricting the opening of the door the curtains in the funny shaped windows were falling down and the traffic from the road was very noisy but to be expected the position of the Hotel
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. The air con unit was definitely needed.

Location, free parking, the air con unit to cool the room, the shower was good, and it was good value for the area. The staff were nice too.
No sockets next to the bed, rug got in the way of the door, curtains didn’t close properly and the window wouldn’t open. My room and the entrance area were very nice but part of the hotel is closed and doesn’t give a good first impression, that said I had no problems and it suited my needs.
Very easy to get to, plenty of parking, easy check in and room was great we had a lovely big bed which was super comfortable and the room came with the added bonus of a portable air con unit

Easy to get to! The receptionist was great and give all the information we needed on arrival. Comfortable and clean with basic facilities. Stayed for one night and was great value for money.

The hotel is advertised as having a bar. The bar and restaurant have both been closed for some time.
The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
The location is very convenient, especially for Exeter Airport and the M5, while still being a nice and relaxing place to stay. Everything was straightforward and well organised, which made our stay stress-free.

Conveniently located, very good price. Great communication with the staff to organise a late check-in. The downstairs all seems to be renovated/undergoing renovation. The shower was powerful and hot.
Not much really. The property looked a bit tired in places but if they bring it all up to the standard of the lobby area they are on to a winner

From outside it looks nice and fresh however inside needs abit of attention abit of tlc.
Description says sound proof but could hear everything. Bathroom lino was coming away.
It looked clean however you could see like splash marks near the toilet tiles,alittle rust etc.
Rooms can do with having a bedside lamp of some sort as only one main light which isn't helpful.
However for the price it is what you pay for.
