Please note that this property is located right next to the A30 road and guests might experience some noise disturbance.
Pre-authorization will be taken upon arrival to cover for any damages caused to the property. An amount equivalent to the booked room rate will be taken for 1-night stays and 50% of the total room rate for bookings for more than one night.

good. outside sitting area. Room was comfortable
The room hadn't been clean before guests arrived because filthy dust. underneath bed and coffee stains near window we were asked to give high scoring from lady called. Erica which would have been ok. If cleaner pay attention to details specially hair inside drawer. And very squeaky floor boards. And to many lights very bright dim switch needed
The staff - Erica was very helpful and friendly.
The bed was really comfortable and very large! The shower was also excellent, and everywhere was very clean.
We had a small problem with the flooring, which we mentioned, and it was fixed by the evening.
I liked the location, on the edge of a village, and it was very convenient for the motorway. It wasn't really that close to the airport though..
Easy to get on the A38 A30 and M5
Very noisy, room very warm with no heating on, very busy rd so opening windows made it worse, A/C unit to loud to sleep when on, had very little sleep. Staff asked me 3 times in 12 hrs to give them a good review!! Im also covered in bites all over my skin.
The hotel has lots of charm and is in a beautiful area, however the best part of this hotel is the staff. Erica the manager goes above and beyond the call of duty to help guests with whatever they could possibly need and is always happy to do so. We had a lovely room and were upgraded when my little one got sick. We had everything we needed and help was only a phone call away if we were in need of anything. I would highly recommend this hotel to all, because once you’re there, you’re treated like family.

Mit diesem Hotel hatten wir keine großen Erwartungen verbunden - an der M5 gelegen, viel Durchgangsverkehr ... dafür wurden wir sehr positiv überrascht. Wir hatten Zimmer zur Seite und bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es absolut ok mit der Geräuschkulisse. Am ersten Abend hat uns eine sehr nette Frau eingewiesen. Ansonsten waren wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs und haben Dartmoor und Exeter besichtigt. Für diesen Zweck war das Hotel genau richtig.

There is no restaurant or bar on site even though you advise this via photos... no staff to check you in just keys left in lobby with name next to them.
