Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — they even reserved kimonos for us, which was a really nice touch. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved that breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. The location is excellent and very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place to stay !

-La gentillesse et l’accueil du personnel
- la chambre spacieuse
- la localisation

Cons:

- Notre chambre était collée à celle d’une famille avec enfants qui ont hurlé jusqu’à 00h et recommencé à 6h, les murs sont fins :(
- nous sommes restés 3j mais le service ménage n’a pas pris le soin de faire notre lit, c’est surprenant

Hotel precioso boutique muy cómodo
Pros:

La habitación era comodísima y tenía de todo. El hotel también tenía de todo para calentar comida si comprabas en el konbini. Un poco lejos de la estación de Kioto pero muy bien ubicado de todas formas. El personal (sobre todo Ayano y Cris) fueron ultra amables y nos ayudaron un montón!

Great location, friendly staff!
Pros:

Great place to stay in Kyoto. Nice quiet street but with lots of hidden gems nearby, as well as being close enough to the main tourist attractions. Staff were friendly and very helpful, amenities were great for what we needed. The space is very modern and well designed.

Cons:

Nothing, was a great hotel.

Bra storlek på rum i lugnt område
Pros:

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.
Bra storlek på rum. Nytt och fräscht.
Trevligt att bo bland smågatorna nära kommunikationer och restauranger men hade valt annat område med smågator nästa gång.

Cons:

Märkligt att städning innebär byta handdukar, tömma sopor men inte bädda sängen. Har hellre en bäddad säng varje dag när man bor på hotell (alltså inte byta lakan) än nya handdukar.
Lite ohygieniskt att köksdelen med kyl och kaffemaskin är i badrummet.
