Best hotel experience
Pros:

This was the best hotel we stayed in for our hotel Japanese trip. The room was large by Japan standards and had everything we needed. The espresso machine was a lovely bonus too. The staff were absolutely amazing. The breakfast delivered to our room each morning was great. Would absolutely stay here again

Semplicemente PERFETTO. Anche volendo, non riuscirei a trovare un difetto a questo hotel. Camera bellissima, pulita e con una doccia di dimensioni incredibili per il Giappone. Asciugamani cambiati quotidianamente, prodotti validissimi e macchina del caffè/bollitore in camera. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, posizione perfetta fuori dalle zone piu turistiche ma a pochi passi da tutto. Se dovete soggiornare a Kyoto,non posso che raccomandare questo hotel al 100%!

Amazing stay !
Pros:

I had an amazing stay here, the people are lovely, the rooms véry cosy and the situation is convenient.

Cons:

Booking in advance a time for the breakfast is à good thing when your schedule is quite clear in the morning, but it lacks a bit of flexibility for those who don’t plan too much ahead

Perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Super schönes Hotel, grosses Zimmer, sehr schöne Architektur. Sehr gut gelegen. Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Wir hatten kein Frühstück im Hotel.
