das Personal war soooooo cute! Und so toll dass man Fahrräder gratis ausleihen kann, wir sind immer so ins Old Town! :-)

We had a bit of a hiccup during check-in, as the rooms we originally booked weren’t available. Initially, we were placed in a standard ground-floor room facing a dusty road, which wasn’t ideal and didn’t match our expectations. After raising this, the team upgraded us to suites on the third floor, which was a much better experience.
The suite was spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and a lovely balcony overlooking the river. Daily housekeeping kept everything clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a good selection including freshly cooked eggs to your liking.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping to the security guard
was incredibly pleasant, kind, and always smiling, which made our stay feel very welcoming.
Overall, despite the rocky start, we ended up having a comfortable stay for 7 nights thanks to the upgraded room and the wonderful staff.

Bữa sáng không quá nhiều lựa chọn nhưng đủ các station và món được thay đổi mỗi ngày. Khu vực ăn sáng là một nhà cổ rất đẹp, tuy nhiên sẽ tuyệt vời hơn nếu có thêm bàn ngoài trời. Nhân viên vô cùng nhiệt tình và quan tâm tới du khách.

The location was great as it was a short drive to old town and near to Vin Pearl for some sun. It was lovely and the staff were fantastic.

It’s really convenient for someone who hate walking like me because it’s right next to “Phố cổ” 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆

Such a lovely hotel. We were warmly welcomed by Kent who helped us with any issues we were having and was able to recommend us restaurants, tailors and activities in the area which were all very good. He also asked us for recommendations of places we went to/ate at so they could be recommended to other guests.
The hotel was very comfortable, great facilities and a lovely pool which was open late - something we appreciated after a long day out. Overall, one of the best hotels we stayed at during our time in Vietnam.

Great stay, the staff were amazing so helpful, friendly and cheerful! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice pool area for relaxing. A small bar for a drink. The breakfast was varied and made to order eggs as well.
Kent, the young lady in the bar as well as the older gentleman were outstanding! thanks for such great service. Very walkable to old town area, Highly recommend this hotel.
