Pros:

Chú bảo vệ nhiệt tình

Cons:

Phòng khá là chật và đặc biệt thiết kế phòng khá bất tiện.
Mình ở phòng mà chân bị đập vào thành giường, các bệ bục trong phòng liên tục. Nhà vệ sinh cũng khá cũ rùi. Cửa các phòng cũng mốc nhiều.
Phòng tầng 1 còn có mùi ẩm mốc khá rõ ạ.
Nói chung điểm khó chịu nhất là thiết kế phòng, vừa chật vừa bất tiện

Pros:

We had a bit of a hiccup during check-in, as the rooms we originally booked weren’t available. Initially, we were placed in a standard ground-floor room facing a dusty road, which wasn’t ideal and didn’t match our expectations. After raising this, the team upgraded us to suites on the third floor, which was a much better experience.
The suite was spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and a lovely balcony overlooking the river. Daily housekeeping kept everything clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a good selection including freshly cooked eggs to your liking.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping to the security guard
was incredibly pleasant, kind, and always smiling, which made our stay feel very welcoming.
Overall, despite the rocky start, we ended up having a comfortable stay for 7 nights thanks to the upgraded room and the wonderful staff.

Bữa sáng không quá nhiều lựa chọn nhưng đủ các station và món được thay đổi mỗi ngày. Khu vực ăn sáng là một nhà cổ rất đẹp, tuy nhiên sẽ tuyệt vời hơn nếu có thêm bàn ngoài trời. Nhân viên vô cùng nhiệt tình và quan tâm tới du khách.

Prima hotel uit de drukte maar dichtbij genoeg om toch snel even de "old town" in te trekken

Aangenaam personeel, groot zwembad, net hotel

Cons:

Er was de eerste ontbijt à la carte omdat er weinig gasten waren, prima! Maar daarna werd een buffet geserveerd omdat er meer gasten waren, dat viel qua opties een beetje tegen. Voor de rest allemaal dik in orde!
