The hotel was easy to find from Gare du Nord, clean with really good amenities but what truly made this stay special was the receptionist (unfortunately I forgot their name). They were an absolute star — I visited with a friend who is a wheelchair user, and the receptionist went above and beyond, giving us advice on accessible shopping areas and which sidewalks were more wheelchair-friendly. His attention to detail and genuine care left me really impressed.

Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights. Great location close to metro. We were welcomed by Gaultier who had fantastic recommendations and much appreciated summer welcome gifts. The beds were fantastic and a full mattress on the sofa bed was wonderful! We had a bright corner view room with black out curtains and windows kept the room very quiet at night, AC was comfortable. The shower was excellent and a well appointed kitchen with espresso, perfect!

Great location, near multiple metro stations to get where you need to go. Tons of restaurants around. It has 2 showers, my only minor issue was only 1 toilet which can get busy with a larger family. It may have said it in the description and I missed it thinking there were 2 full bathrooms, but not a huge deal. Staff was awesome, and everything else made up for that.

Very nice service, very clean, and really nice staff, and the location is great! However, I don't recommend the two person room for 4 persons.

Great communication and friendly staff. Good size apartment and the 5 of us were pretty comfortable. Beds were comfortable, even the pullout sofa. The start you off with some goodies in the fridge which was much appreciated.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado cerca de panaderías, super y muchos lugares para comer. A 50 metros del metro, super seguro. totalmente recomendado, regresaría mos sin dudarlo. Estuvimos más de 1 semana y todo fue perfecto.

Great location. Friendly staff. Complementary snacks & drinks. Comfortable & cozy. Will visit again…a great base for exploring Paris. Recommend Thai Samut which is close by for great Thai food

This is a lovely little hotel with attentive staff and really thoughtful personal touches. There were snacks and drinks in the fridge and my 6-year old daughter was given a little teddy bear wearing a t-shirt with the name of the hotel! The room is small but very practical and there are some fabulous bakeries and patisseries in the Area. We will come back here next time we visit Paris.

Very helpful staff with lots of dining options within 10 mins. Walkable to Opera and Galeries Lafayette.

We liked how convenient this was to the train station and the Metro. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They kept our bags safe for us for a couple of hours after checkout. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. To top it off, my husband unknowingly left his passport behind and they reached out to us and then held it in the safe for us until we could return a week later.

Great location with an elevator, cooling and heater. Loved it. Check in was easy, had to use google voice for translation but otherwise was a great stay. Highly recommend

This beautiful apartment was so well-appointed and had all the Parisian charm we had hoped for. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts who provided great recommendations for spots in the neighborhood and tips for getting the most of our holiday. We loved the 2-bedroom sofa bed as we were travelling with our 2 teenagers. Could not recommend this rental highly enough, and we would happily come here again.
