Pros:

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The location is great - 5mins walk to the Tsukiji market, 7mins walk to Ginza shopping area. I would recommend to skip the breakfast at the hotel and have it in the market

Loved the breakfast at this hotel and would stay again but bring my own pillow!
Pros:

Hotel was easy to get to from subway and had a fantastic breakfast selection with lovely staff in the breakfast area. Rooms had a bath tub and there was plenty of hot water. Hotel were able to store luggage before or after check in.

Cons:

As a woman travelling alone, I did not find the staff on the front desk very helpful. I had no power left on my phone - I had a wire but no plug. They were unwilling to help me to charge my phone even a little before I went out to buy a charger and plug. I later saw usb sockets in the restaurant upstairs which they could have allowed me to use. I would suggest having usb sockets available in lobby. The pillow was extremely uncomfortable. Perhaps it is the type liked in Japan, but it felt like cardboard. My friends who arrived a day after me all felt the same.

Staff was nice and super helpful! Was easy to communicate even with a slight language barrier! Room and bathroom were clean and thank you to the staff member for tucking my plushie into bed during cleaning!!! :)

Pros:

歌舞伎鑑賞の時に使っています。
歌舞伎座、新橋演舞場に近くとても便利です。
清潔で居心地が良いホテルです。

Cons:

アメニティは選べて過剰なサービスが無く良いですが、例えばドリップコーヒー、紅茶、煎茶のティーバッグもアメニティの中にあるとありがたいです。
