We had a good stay once we got into a clean room.
Pros:

The location was good and the room was nice once we got one that had been cleaned.

Cons:

First room we were given had not been cleaned. Bed was not made and the dirty towels still in the bathroom floor

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Close to downtown Bardstown
Room was spacious

Cons:

Front desk failed to notify us upon check in that there was NO television available in the entire hotel for the immediate future. We stayed at this hotel during World Cup games and July 4th fireworks timeframe and would have enjoyed watching our TV. Also were not informed that housekeeping services were not performed daily and we had to replace our towels at the front desk. We had stayed at this hotel and didn’t have any problems at that time. Because of these issues we checked out a day early and Booking.com kindly worked with the hotel to arrange a refund for the third night’s stay.

THE POOL WAS NOT USEABLE. HAD I KNOWN THOS I WOULD NOT OF STAYED HERE. ISNT IT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS TO LET US KNOW POOL IS CLOSED. ANOTHER CUSTOMER TOLD US THE POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR 5 YRS. YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS.

Overall great stay, accommodations for large family
Pros:

Staff was accommodating for my family, the pool was originally closed but they had opened it for the kids to swim. The heater had been out but we didn't mind. We have 4 children so to accommodate all of us in one room is a steal these days.

Cons:

Could be slightly cleaner. The important stuff was obviously clean in the room, but the walls had some stains. The pool looked a to have a little alge. The night shift crew was not as friendly as the day shift crew.

It wasn’t the property it was the fact they charged my card $25 for some BS bout incidentals said is get it back n 3-5 business days. This is total BS staying at hotels motels is costly enough without someone taking extra money and holding it. This needs to be change

Pros:

Spacious suite. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Comfortable bed. The lobby is very modern and inviting. Breakfast was very good. Coffee was great!
