Unkepted up hotel

Cons:

The swimming pool was full of green algae. It hasn't been kepted up. My granddaughters birthday adventure and couldnt swim. The bathroom was molded and shower nasty . Sofa bed had dirty sheet on it . Floor wasn't clean .l

Elevators not working properly . Ice machines broken down . Worst experience ever at a Holiday inn express.

Hotel was well maintained and the staff was friendly and the breakfast offered tasty selections.

It was a bed and conveniently located. That's about the best I can say.
Pros:

The room we booked was decent sized, the staff was nice.

Cons:

The furniture and bed were some of the most uncomfortable we have ever sat in and slept on. The bathroom had a grimy, broken shelf that clearly needed to be replaced. The breakfast was gross. Eggs were clearly bagged and reheated, potatoes were gummy from being reheated, and the biscuits were burnt.

The staff was friendly and did their best

Cons:

Ice machine broke, pancake machine broke, light in room broke, rust in pool area everywhere, pool water freezing pool area freezing. Unvearably cold.

It was fine. Only there for 13 hours.
Pros:

Location was good. Near the distilleries. Really good ice machine.

Cons:

Staff not quick to come out for an night check in. No sheets or pillows for the pull out couch. We had to go down and get sheets but they were out of pillows. How are you out of pillows?? A bit pricey for a Sunday night.

It was okay. Not sure I'd stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good

Cons:

There was no one at the front desk often. Therefore it took awhile to check in when he finally showed up. Not very accommodating.
No pully system in the gym.

Also, no one was to be found when I was trying to buy a Coke. Ended up leaving the money on the desk.

Cons:

The Mgr needed my Mastercard for mis items. Said it would be a $25.00 charge. He put two night stay on my card, now I have paid booking. Com and Holiday Inn. Never stay at a Holiday Inn the rest of my life.

Not a bad adventure.
Pros:

Clean, easily accessible

Cons:

The pool was not operational, the entrance is rough for a lower sitting vehicle, after check in/out NO visible staff.

Good hotel once I found it.
Pros:

I arrived after dark, and the location was hard to find. I passed the street 2 times and had to turn around. The sign was short and hard to see. The door in room 212 to the bathroom needed to be shortened as it drug the floor in the bathroom and would not close. There was no table to sit at, and the room had only one chair which was at the desk.
