Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our ocean view room had a great view, but be mindful that the rooms are quite small.

Bâtiment ancien rénové, mais très mal rénové. Attention pas d’ascenseur. Mauvaise isolation acoustique avec l’étage, on entend les gens parler en pleine nuit. Problème de canalisation dans tout le bâtiment. On entend des bruits de canalisations. Nous avons eu une inondation le matin après la douche avec les remontées d’eau.

Nous avons changé de chambre. Les toilettes étaient dans la cabine de douche!!

La chose la plus importante dans une chambre d’hôtel ? La literie! Elle était de très mauvaise qualité.

Globalement, c’est le standing d’un banal motel d’autoroute.

Aucun geste commercial de la direction.

Chambre cosy pour 2/3 nuits maximum car pas d'ascenseur malheureusement mais le personnelle est top porte vos bagages. Par contre certaines chambres ont le toilette dans la douche pour gain de place mais c’est particulier de voir ça

I was my first time at The Herbert and it was wonderful. The staff went out of their way to assist me. The hotel itself and the rooms are kept very clean. Rooms was nicely decorated with a large bathroom. Lobby area is very inviting, coffee and snacks are available. Housekeeping also does an amazing job. Breakfast is offered in the hotel opposite as a buffet. Plenty of choice for everybody

On the sea. Beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. It is very close to the boardwalk.
The property has bicycles to ride.
Breakfast was good. We would stay there again.

The location was really great. The staff was very professional and helpful. A big thank you to Irina and the other guy I can't remember the name who made our stay more memorable.
The room was very small and I didn't like to have to cross the street to the Herbert opera hotel in the morning for breakfast. This term was not disclosed before or during booking. I think this is unfair for guests to only know this important details after they confirm their booking.

Unbeatable location. Literally on the beach and tayelet. Walking distance to everything. Service was A . Spotless rooms, luxury linen and towels. Amazing coffee and breakfast. Will definitely be back!

The location and staff were excellent… the only negative was the size of the room.. uncomfortably small..

The beach is right across the street with free chairs and wonderful warm water. The hotel is clean and our balcony was huge. We did not find any real restaurants in the walking area other than the hotel.

Close to everywhere I wanted to go. Great service and great staff.
