it's an okay motel.
Pros:

convenient, all the basics work. As a typical OYO location, you don't expect much.

Cons:

very poor soundproof, wifi barely works, beddings could be cleaner, no free bottled water, AC works but the remote doesn't.

Pros:

За свои деньги это просто шикарное место! Большой и симпатичный номер с окном (что большая редкость для Вьетнама за такую сумму), в котором есть всё для удобства: большая кровать с удобным матрасом, кондиционер, вентилятор, телевизор, холодильник. Есть стол и два кресла, вешалка для одежды, туалетные принадлежности. Розетки у кровати с обеих сторон. Отель находится на спокойной улице, здесь тихо. Рядом много мест, где можно поесть и выпить кофе. На территории отеля есть парковка.

Mình hướng nội nên việc nhận phòng xong có thẻ ra vào riêng tư, ko cần đi qua tiếp tân đối với mình rất tuyệt vời.

Parfait rapport qualité prix pour une journée repos
Pros:

Au premier abord, on a envie de partir en courant, car aucune insonorisation, et aucun occidental mais c'est la nuit la plus tranquille depuis 3 semaines que l'on ai passé.
clim très silencieuse, et le soir quand la dame ferme les portes, plus aucun bruit.
c'est géré comme un motel, c'est a dire une cour intérieure et les chambres autour.
j'ai été étonné de la fraîcheur, de la propreté et de la bonne literie.
c'est plus qu'un très bon rapport qualité prix.
A part contre, c'est au milieu de nulle part.
le soir on est allé dans le centre pour voir un peu de mouvement.
mais très bien pour faire une journée repos après un road trip de 3 semaines.

Cons:

les alentours.
on a cherché la mer, on c'est retrouvé au port autonome !

Pros:

Заселился во время праздника Tet. До этого два отеля в Нячанге попросили отменить бронь или дали понять, что заезда не будет, поэтому вопрос стабильности в этот раз был крайне важен. Здесь всё прошло корректно. Отель был на связи, ничего не «намекали», бронь подтвердили и спокойно заселили.

Важно понимать формат: это скорее мотель. У каждого номера отдельный вход в общую зону. Есть небольшой внутренний дворик — довольно уютный и тихий.

Расположение удобное — в пешей доступности от автобусного вокзала. Рядом есть кафе, в нескольких кварталах рынок и рестораны.

Персонал идёт навстречу в решении вопросов. Молодой человек на ресепшене хорошо говорит по-китайски — может быть полезно тем, кто не владеет вьетнамским.

Из минусов — слышимость. Но для этой ценовой категории это скорее норма, чем исключение.

В целом сложно писать развернутый отзыв, когда всё просто нормально и без сюрпризов. Это не люкс и не курортный отель, а бюджетный вариант. Но за свои деньги — честный и предсказуемый.

Pros:

Good location, cheap price of room. But could be more, if improved in housekeeping.
Pros:

Centrally located near Co-Op mart and Vincom Mall. With a good Spa too. Cheap price for a night of stay.

Cons:

Maybe clean the room a little bit more, making sure the pillows and bedsheets will be nice smelling for the next guests. A little attention to the cleanliness of the room would be a sure win.
