Personal muy amable y atento

Cons:

Habian muchos problemas con algunas habitaciones. La mas pequeñas era muy pequeñas que apenas se podia caminar y el baño tambien apenas se podia cerrar la puerta. No habian ventanas para abrir en la habitacion. Las habitaciones mas grandes eran mas comodas pero mucha humedad en la pared y en el techo.

Pros:

la calidad de la cama, creo que las camas fueron muy comodas, de la misma manera el cuarto era amplio.

Cons:

No tuvimos luz por dentro de 3 horas, el baño tanto de ducha era muy extrecho no es facil para llevar adultos mayores

Me gusto la amabilidad del personal, pedi cambio de habitación para una mas amplia y me ayudaron sin problemas.

Cons:

Siento que faltaron algunos detalles a mejorar a nivel de que las puertas sonaban mucho, el aire acondicionado tenia ruidos cuando enfriaba y a media noche llegaban otros huéspedes que se sentaban a hablar muy fuerte y no era cómodo dormir con este ruido porque las puertas no aislaban el ruido del exterior.

The staff tried to help us enjoy our stay. They helped with organizing my trip to the airport. They even gifted me a muffin. They were kind and concerned.

Cons:

The first night was awful. There was a large group who partied until 5 or 6 AM in the courtyard, then began banging on doors at about 6:30 to get everyone up to go. The rooms are getting run down, and the towels are old and worn out. My safe did not work, and my fridge cut out 2 times, I am glad I only purchased a couple of items, I did have to throw them out. They do not provide an extra roll of toilet paper, I had to wake the staff at about 7:30 AM to get a roll.

Casona does not get my recommendation
Pros:

The location was good and Maikely was super nice, in fact , she's the only reason we didn't leave.
Beds were okay, nice bedding and pillows.

Cons:

The hotel needs a serious refresh, mold and stains on walls, hot tub cover falling apart, makes it look like you dont want to open it...I NEVER had hot water and it smelled like sewage ( to be fair, she offered a room change, I didn't want to move all my stuff but should have) my friends in room fridge kept going out and spoiled our snack food we bought from grocery....and property needs some hard, fast, enforced rules about noise. A large group with all the other rooms came back after 1 AM the first night and proceeded to party right outside our rooms until 5 AM. We were miserable. A security guard should be there overnight versus the day staff.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. El personal muy atento y el espacio para una noche, una persona, conveniente.

Cons:

La habitación que me tocó esta vez daba hacia la calle, arriba de recepción y se escucha mucho ruido, desde la gente que sale de la fiesta por la noche y cada que entra un huésped y azota la puerta de metal de la entrada. El foco de la regadera no servía y se gasta mucha agua esperando a que caliente. Preferí la habitación anterior al final de la casa.
