Wonderful staff
Pros:

We had to be in town unexpectedly and the staff were all so kind. Antwon at the front desk was kind, professional, and caring. He went above and beyond to help us.

Pros:

Hotel Eleo is a wonderful hotel located in Gainesville FL. It is a boutique hotel with fantastic staff, very nice rooms, comfortable beds and amenities. The Covey Restaurant is also top tier.

Short overnight experience
Pros:

The room/hotel were nice and the staff was awesome. Clean and comfy accomedations. and the Valet were helpful and the service is a nice service to have when we pulled up. We would stay again!

Pros:

Nice property but for the amount of the rooms I was expecting it to be cleaner. There were bodily fluids on the walls in the bathroom. I was force to find a local Walgreens to gather cleaning supplies.

Nice, modern hotel in a great location at UF.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The elevators and third floor had a very unpleasant smell when we first checked in but seemed to be improving once we checked out
The food at the restaurant is not very good.

Pros:

You need to update your devises plugin plug situation. You need to add in C type plugs. Lighting in the bathroom was off. Not bright enough.

No idea how this has a 4.5
Pros:

This hotel is nothing close to a 4.5 - as soon as you walk in, it reeks. The towels are awful, the toiletries are low budget - the exterior looks nice but that’s where it ends. Note that it is valet only parking so add $25 to your room rate.

Excellent service and location
Pros:

I have to say everyone at this hotel was friendly and willing to help. Being in town for a family hospital visit, it was great that the hotel was so close to the hospital and the shuttle service was awesome. Thank you. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to town.
