Horrible
Pros:

After finding out that the hot tub was broken I took a hot shower before getting into bed. The sheets were dirty and had red blood stains on pillow case, and top of sheets. Front desk brought some up and handed them to me expecting me to change the dirty sheets. When I refused because of the blood she got gloves and helped. She said she would have a manager contact me and that the issue was 'really bad.' They never did. When I finally did get a manager they said they would fully refund my company. I got an email a few days later they credited me $88. when I had stayed 4 nights for over $650. They obviously did not even follow through. I am coming back for another training in February and will never stay here again. After everything I still would not have left a negative review if they would have made it right, but they never did.

Cons:

A refund/following through on how the manager said it would be handled. Fresh sheets and an apology.

Very clean and great staff!
Pros:

Amazing breakfast selection and it was delicious! Very clean and exceptional rooms!

Cons:

Bed was a little hard and the lightening flashing smoke alarm on the ceiling above the bed was annoying.
