Wonderful
Pros:

All good, nice room service, it was collected quickly, good lighting and automatic curtain settings and loved that the casting on the tv was simple.

Cons:

Not a huge fan of the artworks, they were a little loud for the desired serenity of the room and a little 2000s.

Pros:

The decor in the lobby is unappealing , cold and sterile. The tall individual blocks used as a front desk is univiting.
Worst front desk I’ve ever seen.
Hideous furniture in the foyer. This isnt a matter of taste, this is just bad taste.
They have a French restaurant in the hotel yet they have a croque monsieur on the menu , it was 2 pieces of tip top white bread with some awful yellow American style cheese with a piece if ham blowtorched not cooked. It was inedible.
The staff were great and helpful.
The pool area was soulless, you need to create a vibe , some soft music or loud music whatever, create something.
I wouldn’t stay there again !

Cons:

Change the front desk to something that’s inviting you to stay. Change those hideous chairs in the foyer. What are those giant dystopian looking wooden thrones .

Perfect for catching a Show in the Valley
Pros:

I really enjoyed the room we had, and am glad we upgraded for a slightly larger room. We were on the 5th floor and it was a very quiet room, well equipped with luxury products, an extremely comfy bed and pillows, and the shower was fantastic (which seems to be less common in hotels these days). Loved the smart tech in the room like automatic curtains and lights. Very close to the bars and clubs on Anne Street where we attended a concert. Pool and rooftop bar looked amazing.

Cons:

My breakfast was nice but my partner had two very thick, almost inedible pieces of sour dough with his portion of scrambled egg. Probably not very good value for money, but the server was lovely. Parking was pricey but safe and easy.

Lovely hotel but weird hidden charge
Pros:

The hotel is lovely, it’s in a good location to walk into Brisbane, it’s very modern, the rooms are comfortable

Cons:

It was our honeymoon and so they put a bottle of Prosecco in our room with a note saying happy honeymoon etc, have this to celebrate etc. Then they billed us for it! If it wasn’t for this the rating would have been higher.

Great hotel but just order uber eats if you're not going out.
Pros:

the room was a great size, the facilities were clean and everything with the actual hotel was really nice, I can fault the actual stay.

Cons:

the room service was terrible, the cost for the food was way over the top, it was below average to eat, both meals were stone cold by the time they got to us and it took an incredibly long time
