The proximity to fortitude valley. The cleanliness. The Brekky and the rooftop restaurant.
The pool area. You couldn’t order from the qscan. So had to walk inside to restaurant to find staff. Then were told off for not having footwear.
Also we needed a double bed room so they put us in the wheelchair access too
As it’s their only option. They separated one bed to make two beds. So each bed had a light above our heads when trying to get into bed. We did re arrange furniture to suit as you couldn’t access bar fridge either with the configuration. The bathroom although huge for wheelchair access had nowhere to place clothes or belongings so it all went in the floor
Location was Great walk to the train walk outside to the bus stops /Restaurants & Pub's Great....pool on the top of the Hotel roof was very clean
Did not like the hours of the pool 6am till 6pm....its a very Hot summer here.....in qld
Should be till 8pm. .. Art work in Hotel rooms where to overwhelming and to big. .for the rooms.....
Glass shower doors to go into the bathroom and toilet 🚻 was not private

Restaurant good but very pricy. The roof bar and restaurant was VERY expensive and average quality
Great location, the hotel has really good vibes. Very confortable bed, clean and spacious room with all needed for a work trip. Rooftop pool is also a good addition with amazing views of the city.

overcooked scrambled eggs, unseasoned mushrooms. We should have just not gotten breakfast and gone elshwere but we thought it would be a treat to get the hotel breakfast. Super disapointing.
