Amazing Staff are let down by the facilities
Pros:

The staff were AMAZING

Cons:

Pool was freezing, bed wasn’t too comfy, no smart tv, rooftop bar wasn’t available all 3 nights we stayed. Lifts were slow, mini bar full of paid only item so unable to use for own items. Would not not have known it was paid if we didn’t have a phone. Room was TINY

Pros:

I loved the fast check in and I had the roof top pool to myself it was lovely.

Cons:

A used toothbrush was left in my shower with an open tube of paste.

But other than that the room was spectacular

Good location but for the price I think a few things can be improved.

I requested a room on a high floor away from the lift and got a room on level 3 next to the lift.
There was no drinking water in the room

Stylish hotel in the Valley, easy access to all you could want.
Pros:

The hotel is well presented with a clean, modern and semi industrial feel. Our room was modern, stylish and featured impressive touches like the curtains opening automatically and lights turning on upon entering the room. Parking was easy and cost $40 per night. The hotel is perfectly located a short walk from James Street and a very short stroll to Howard Smith Wharves ferry terminal for transport to the CBD if needed.

Cons:

We stayed while Ed Sheeran was in town and paid around $850 for our two night stay. I can't speak to how much standard rates are but what we paid was excessive for what we got.
