Overall good experience, pool/spa room for improvement
Pros:

Comfy beds, breakfast offerings were great, staff was friendly.

Cons:

The pool/ hot tub room had so many chemicals in the air it burned all our eyes and the water turned many of our bodies bright red. The hot tub water coloring was milky and didn’t appear clean.

Birthday trip 2026
Pros:

The lady with the red hair up front was super nice, engaged in conversation. Room was pretty nice and clean. 24 hour pool and hot tub open.

Cons:

The pool water was SUPER cold...(Reason for the entire trip) Bummer. I feel like the pool area could have been a lot cleaner.

It was clean and comfortable, but busy and loud.
Pros:

Location was excellent for our stay and close to where we needed to be. It was clean, comfortable and had a good breakfast.

Cons:

Most of these things were out of the hotels control, but still want to mention them. There were several sports groups there during our stay. In the evening some took up the entire lobby, kids running around screaming, moving furniture around the room, the adults were loud and drinking. The pool was rather small, and even smaller with all of the groups there, too many people in that small of an area and the kids were running around the pool, throwing balls. No pool towels were left, so we had to go to the front desk for towels, not a big deal, since they did have some available.

The receptionist upon check-in was not friendly at all. Don’t even think she cracked a smile, and didn’t seem to like her job.

It was worth the buck
Pros:

Variety of breakfast options, room was super clean and comfortable, nice location! Jacuzzi needed a little cleaning but pool was great! Will definitely be staying here more often.

They were not accommodating when all of their laundry machines were down. Had to travel with a garbage bag full of half wet clothes. Didn’t offer refund. Said I had to call the machine number.

Somewhat ok.
Pros:

It was ok.

Cons:

The air-conditioned made a loud sound for awhile. It was not pleasant with my bed right next to it. I made do because I did not want to wake up my daughter and grandson it the other bed. I did not like that my car was covered in all these water spots . That I notice after I check out. I park up front next to reward parking.The front desk never bother to tell me that my car would or could be covered with all these spots from the water system. I don't live in Kennewick ,so driving all the way back to Tacoma WA. Not knowing what if the water spots or what ever that was on my car paint and windows would hurt my paint was stressful . I drive a 2021 Ford Edge. I believe that the front desk could have spoken about the potential sprinkler or whatever water system that you have a your hotel. Especially when I ask if it was ok to park there , they could spoken up about the potential risk of parking there.

A reliably good stay with wonderful staff, nice rooms, great location and nice breakfast options.
Pros:

It’s close to the highway, but quiet. There are several restaurants within minutes walking distance. Rather new, very clean.
