Wonderful
Pros:

The location was wonderful I loved that it felt safe and was not in a super busy area. The breakfast was also wonderful, the beds and pillows were some of the best I’ve ever slept on! The girl who checked us in morning shift was so incredibly sweet and helpful.

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work going down on the 2nd floor. I didn’t mind using the stairs but since I had 3 small kiddos it would have been nice to have the elevator working during our stay. Also one of the night time front desk girls could smile a little more. She just seemed like she hated to be there. Overall though, we will be back!

Pros:

This is the 2nd stay at this hotel. We regularly visit family in the area and it is a convenient location. We were warned that our room was close to the highway and some guests have reported it to be noisy - we noticed it, but it didn't impact our stay. The breakfast is more than adequate to get us ready to start the day. The room was clean and the hotel always feels comfortable. We would stay here again.

Cons:

As mentioned, we were on the highway side of the hotel. During our first visit, we were at the other end away from the road. If we stay again, I would be sure to ask for the non-highway side, if available.

People with young children should be put on the first floor

Positive experience.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room nice and it was clean.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that bathtub/shower didn’t have safety rails for elderly people.
