JR East Hotel Mets Premier Gotanda

We stayed here on our last night in Tokyo so we’d have easy access to the train to the airport. The hotel was well situated right above the station making it super convenient. Everything was clean, the room was a nice size and the staff was extremely helpful. Overall we are very happy with our stay here and highly recommend it!

We are very satisfied with the room and our stay. It is located right next the JR station which is extremely convenient. Bed was comfy. The room was quiet and clean. Would definitely come back to this hotel if we visit Tokyo again.

Great locations for multiple subway lines. In particular very easy to get to Shinawaga, Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku along the Yamamoto line as the Gotanda station is right on the first floor.

Despite the hotel being so close to the subway we did not hear any noise

Loved my stay here. Their amenities was amazing, I also did late checkout for a reasonable price. I got my room cleaned daily (per request) and it was nice and clean. I really like that they have Dyson fans and hair dryers. I like the bathing option and shower option, had the toilet separate from that area. Transportation is right downstairs, close to major areas like Shinjuku/shinbuya. Lots of great local restaurants near here! Will definitely book here again if I come back to Tokyo :)

This was the perfect stay. It’s located on the JR Yamonte line so traveling was so easy. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the train. The hotel breakfast was delicious and convenient. The location was also great because there were lots of places to eat and also a mall. Uniqlo was downstairs also convenient if you forgot something. Highly recommend!!

Super convenient location to explore different parts of Tokyo. Rooms are compact but practical and the amenities selection is great.

Front desk staff were helpful. good location but room a little cramp. Over all stay okay.

it's convenient,quiet,clean

This property is right in Gotanda Station and was very convenient. The staff was friendly and efficient. While the room was not large, it was well designed to provide all we needed for 3 nights in Tokyo without feeling overly cramped. The breakfast was very good and a good value. Even though this hotel is right in Gotanda Station our room was quiet and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location! A bit less congested then other areas of Tokyo

Easy access from MRT . Amenities at the lobby to take, you can have salt bath in your own room with the stools in onsen for washing. Toilet is separate out as well as wash basin

It is just inside the JR Gotenda station and only 1-2 minutes way from the exit. The room is clean and comfortable. Can find different types of food around the hotel. The convenience store is just downstairs. Will surely stay for the next time.

Literally 20 steps from the JR gate to the hotel entrance . I booked this hotel so that we do not need to push our luggages far . There’s a Uniqlo at level 2, a don don donki nearby , IFU ramen shops, as well as many other shops . Although next to train station, you don’t hear the train. The breakfast is a choice form 3 mains , not much buffet style

Staff are very friendly and super helpful, especially with arranging transport of our luggage to our next destination.

Nice efficient hotel, right next to the Gotanda station (though that did mean some noise - I did not find it a problem, but people sensitive to noise might)

Location is super convenient as the hotel is located above Gotanda Station. The Toei Asakusa can access both Haneda and Narita Airports. The Yamanote line brings you to all the major towns in Tokyo. There are plenty of shops and eateries nearby.

Second time staying in this hotel and still love everything about it! Biggest selling point is definitely the location to both the JR line and subway stations. I could be at the train platform within 2 minutes from the time I leave my hotel room. Definitely my go-to hotel everytime I go back to Tokyo!
