Exceptionally Hotel!🤩
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable & exceptionally clean! Decorated tastefully & very functional! Tons of great lighting options!!! (8 actually) not counting the bathroom.2 In bathroom. LOVED the light all around the vanity mirror! Also, LOVED the kuerig, refrigerator & microwave in its own little nook.( Not imposing on the room itself.)
Staff were very friendly. And the continental breakfasts were phenomenal!!! We will definitely stay here again when in the Grand Rapids area!! P.S. also LOVED the chaise lounge in the room!

Cons:

The workout room, was right next to the pool, so it was very humid in there. No fans! So maybe AC could be pumped into the room more.🥵 Also bathrooms in rooms need to have a fan in there.

Pros:

Location was great and easy to find. The staff member who helped me check in was friendly and considerate, telling me that because of a hockey tournament in town that weekend, she'd made the decision to give me a room on the ground floor (so I wouldn't be around the noisy hockey team members.) I really appreciated that gesture! (especially when I came down for breakfast early on Saturday morning & shared the dining area with the first group of hockey guests -- who were quite noisy!). The breakfast was very good, too, and there was a wide selection of items to choose from. The room was clean and more than adequate. I appreciated that it had both a fridge and a microwave. And it was within a 15-minute drive of the furthest place I needed to visit during my stay.

Cons:

Not that I didn't like it ... just that the thermostat in the room was a bit confusing. I first tried to adjust the room temp via the unit underneath the window. I was alerted to use the wall unit. When I did, I did not find a selection to choose between cool and heat. So I simply adjust the temp accordingly, and I believe it changed from heat to cool. Other than that, I was a bit surprised that there wasn't an exhaust fan switch in the bathroom, but after my showers, it never appeared that the mirror got fogged up. All staff with whom I encountered and interacted were very nice and helpful. Overall, it was a very nice stay ... and I only wish I could have stayed in the GR area for more days/nights. But if/when I ever return, I would most definitely consider staying at this location again!

I really enjoyed my stay and it was really relaxing.
Pros:

Hotel location was situated in quiet residential area which was nice.

Cons:

The Hotel was exceptionally clean and very like new atmosphere in my opinion.

It doesn't seem to matter how much a hotel costs- you still hear the traffic (especially trucks and motorcycles) on the nearby freeway.

My only issue was that I got back to my room late, wanted a cold beverage but none of the ice machines on Floors 2, 3, or 4 were working. I tried calling down to the Front Desk for assistance/info but no one answered my call.
