Uncomfortable
Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

The rooms were damp and moldy smelling- the air conditioning never cooled the room down and the linen and carpets felt damp. We changed rooms and floors after the first night thinking that it was the top floor but it wasn’t any different. The windows were steamed over and moisture was on every surface

Decent and overall pleasant but probably wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Easy to find. Staff was pleasant. Shower had hot water.

Cons:

Not the cleanest. I had drops of dried something on the floor upon arrival. Not anyone’s fault, but I attempted to use the hair dryer and the plug sparked leaving a burnt smell in the bathroom.

location was good. checking out at 12 is nice. pool was OK but at parking lot and bed was uncomfortable. good showers!

Perfect for what I required, and excellent value
Pros:

Clean, unpretentious, quiet and comfortable, at a location conveniently close to The Woodlands. Excellent staff, especially in the breakfast bar. Made to order breakfast, which was excellent!

We view three rooms because they were not properly cleaned. One room had what look like fecal matter on the bed. When we asked for clean linens; the front desk rep was nice to change them herself but mentioned that someone had popped all over the bed. There was no smell and outside of the bed issues; it was cleaner than the others. She did fuss because she said, she had had numerous complaint about dirty linens. That whole experience impacted my rest and even though we paid for breakfast; we didn’t feel comfortable after the the numerous reported issues.
