Très bel hôtel bien placé.
Pros:

Très bel l hôtel avec tout le confort moderne ,belle déco et très propre..Bon dejeuner.A l'arrivée, la chambre était préparée pour 1 personne au lieu de deux. Les femmes de chambre étant dans le couloir, nous leur avons demandé de rectifier le linge ,les couettes et coussins et verres. Elles ont refusé disant que la chambre était en ordre alors que même le savon était vide . A l'accueil, le responsable dit que les chambres sont prêtes et refuse. Heureusement une troisième femme de ménage à enfin gentillement réglé le problème. Problème de coordination au niveau du personnel.

Cons:

Le petit problème au niveau du personnel de ménage qui aurait dû faire appel à sa hiérarchie au lieu de nous de nous envoyer balader.

Größe des Zimmers, alles modern und schöne Atmosphäre, Parken meistens direkt am Hotel möglich, nicht weit zur Innenstadt und Saar, gute Anbindung zur Stadtautobahn

Cons:

Beschaffung von Essen/Lebensmitteln nicht so einfach. Restaurant nicht im Hotel. Der direkte Weg zur Saar führt durch einen Park mit dubiosen Personen (Obdachlose, Junkies usw. ); fühlte ich mich persönlich etwas unwohl

Personal sehr freundlich. Direkter Zugang vom Parkhaus zum Hotel. Geräumiges Zimmer. Frühstück angemessen.

Cons:

Die Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Aber es gibt eine Klimaanlage.

Prima hotel voor een nacht op doorreis
Pros:

Goede locatie, open hotelbar, nette kamer met goede bedden en een fijne douche.

Cons:

De warme kamer die ondanks de airco niet echt koeler werd. En het was niet eens warm weer. Met het raam open slapen is eigenlijk geen optie vanwege het vele lawaai buiten.

It was close to mall, restaurants and shop.
It has all necessary amenities.

Cons:

At the reception, for check-in the two guys were not welcoming and staring coldly as if I’m bothering them or what I am doing here. I requested clean and quiet room but there was hairs everywhere in the room and toilet, it was disgusting. I guess they didn’t clean it beforehand. At about midnight people were making noise in the corridor. Not really the service the TV was showing. Check out guy was good customer service. I would advise to train cleaning staffs properly and ensure proper customer service for the reception.

Prima verblijf voor een midweek of weekend in Saarbrücken en regio.
Pros:

Dicht bij de grote winkelstraat en van daaruit ook naar het meer historische centrum en de bezienswaardigheden van Saarbrucken. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en er werd geregeld aangevuld. De ontbijtzaal is groot en toch knus. Vriendelijk personeel, makkelijk bereikbare parking (18 euro per dag). De kamer is best OK, frigo is een pluspunt.
