Séjour trop court c’était si bon !
Pros:

Design superbe, propre et idéalement placé, superbe insonorisation, la chambre est est trésor on est dans un monde à part. Le spa est st tput simplement incroyable et le personnel…merci !

Nel panorama dell’hôtellerie di alto livello, la classificazione a 5 stelle rappresenta un impegno preciso: eccellenza misurabile, rigore operativo e centralità dell’ospite.

Il personale manifesta una preoccupante assenza di cultura del servizio, elemento fondante, non accessorio, dell’hôtellerie di fascia alta.
Il servizio di prima colazione evidenzia una gestione caotica e disorganizzata, carente persino delle più elementari regole della ristorazione e dell'educazione. Le carenze osservate non sarebbero compatibili neppure con categorie inferiori e risultano particolarmente gravi alla luce del posizionamento dichiarato.
Sul piano infrastrutturale, la presenza di un solo ascensore a servizio di tutte le camere costituisce una limitazione rilevante. Analogamente, la dicitura “camera vista mare” risulta fuorviante, affacciando in realtà su palme e parcheggio, in evidente scostamento rispetto a quanto promesso.

The best hotel to stay in Cannes!
Pros:

We spent the best time of our trip along the French Riviera at this hotel. Everything was of the highest standard: a superior room designed with great taste and elegance, a comfortable double bed, a spacious bathroom, excellent cleanliness and in-room amenities, and exceptionally kind and professional hotel staff who took care of our comfort at all times (special thanks to Vera and Kevin!).

The hotel features a spa and wellness area that is a must to experience — there is truly something for everyone. On the top floor, the hotel has a restaurant with a beautiful view of the city and the sea, where you can enjoy the brunch menu at lunchtime — outstanding food paired with excellent service.

We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and only regret that our stay was so short. We will definitely return!

Pros:

Room was beautiful. Balcony was great. All staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Spa was great also. And lastly both the rooftop restaurant and spa restaurant are incredible. Two of the best we’ve been too on our trip.
