Pros:

ALLES!! Met name de medewerkers waren positief en enthousiast!

Cons:

De koelkast werkte niet. Na ons verzoek op dag 1 en of dit gerepareerd kon worden, beloofde de medewerker dat dit gerepareerd zou worden. Helaas is dit tijdens ons verblijf van 4 dagen niet gebeurd. Teleurstellend dat men iets beloofd zonder dat na te komen….

Lage super, aber gravierende Misstände

Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Das Personal ist irgendwie komisch. Es wirkt, als ob man als Gast ein Ärgernis ist. Möglicherweise sind dies aber auch nur die kulturellen Unterschiede. Der eine Angestellte (Leiter) vom Restaurant ausgenommen - der war super.

Was überhaupt nicht in Ordnung ist, sind die Türen auf dem Weg zu den Norausgängen. Diese sind alle offen arretiert und versperren den Notausgang (nur ca. 40cm Durchgangsbreite pro Etage.

Bei Frühstück habe ich beobachtet, wie in der Küche etwas (vermutlich eine Melone) geschnitten wurde, auf den Boden fiel und dann einfach wieder aufgehoben und in die Schüssel geworfen wurde.

Muy cómodo y muy bien situado.
Pros:

Nos gustó muchísimo, la habitación muy bonita y cómoda con unas vistas espectaculares, el personal súper amable, teníamos dos reservas para dos días con categorías distintas y nos las igualaron sin cobrarnos la diferencia, la piscina genial también.
