room was big and super comfortable. location was fantastic - walking distance / cab-able to everywhere. facilities were great.
tv was to the side of the room so i had to crane my neck. but not an issue if you dont watch tv
i was locked out at 11.45am when i went to refill my bottle and wanted to go back in to use the washroom (15 minutes before check out). no issues since my luggage was already out but might be problematic if they weren’t.
Lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again if back in Georgetown.

Nous avons réservé une deluxe partial sea view.
On nous a attribué une chambre au 17ieme avec une très belle vue mer.
L’hôtel est situé aux portes du quartier historique, on peut donc le découvrir à pied.
L’équipe est sympathique.
La chambre est petite mais bien aménagée et équipée.
Le lit est confortable.
Petite salle de douche bien agencée.
Bon petit déjeuner dans une salle au 20 avec belle vue mer.
Ma piscine est froide et l’espace sans âme dommage
The staff were very friendly and made us feel truly welcome. The room was very clean, and the facilities are modern and well-maintained. The room size was also quite good.
We arrived early, but that was no problem at all — we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel.
We had an amazing stay at OZO George Town in Penang — we would definitely come back anytime!

아침에 방 청소 표시 해놓고 나갔다 왔는데 안해줬었음. 오후 세 시에서야 와서 해준다고 함. 그래서 그냥 DND 해놓고 지냈음

Nos tocó una planta inferior por lo que las vistas no eran nada bonitas.
新らしく設備も綺麗で、環境に配慮した水ポットの使用なども納得できるものでした。アジアで悩まされるトイレ問題も全くなく良かったです！
強いて言うなら備え付けのシャンプーが合わなかった。(持参すればいい話です)
値段が安かった。
プールが混んでいた。
朝食はイマイチ…でもこの値段なら仕方ないかも。
