Comfortable hotel but pre-arrival service lacking
Pros:

Our room had no shampoo in the new style large bottle secured to the shower wall. It was obviously empty for a while because only air came out when I tried to squeeze it. Front desk staff were quick to provide it, but the lack of it made me wonder what might else have been missed by housekeeping. Also the parking lot was being paved which we did not know and made it difficult in traffic to turn around and find the correct entrance. A bit distressing after a long 9-hour drive in crowded traffic. We saw a memo at the front desk alerting current customers of the plan, but thought it would have been notified by email prior to arrival scheduled for that day.

This property is so nice. It was clean, new, and the staff was amazing. I will choose this hotel going forward when I visit Penn State with my son. I hope they keep up the property and the customer service when I return.

Really nice. Must have been recently renovated and it shows. Everything was fresh and clean. Pool was great and room was also very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend!

Nice to be home
Pros:

I only had one issue and that was with the tv. Maria checked in with me and resolved the issue right away. Good Chambersburg hospitality.

The only was Expedia said it was 50 dollar pet fee and the hotel said it was 75 that should be corrected on the web site
