Unattended pets prevented our stay overnight but we were reimbursed.
Pros:

Location was what we wanted. Lobby was modern and offered nice amenities

Cons:

Our stay was ended at bedtime. There were unattended large dogs barking for 6 hours and the owners or authorities were not able to be rounded to allow for sleep. We also had to move rooms because of smell and mold. When we requested a refund we were told no and we could contact management at a later date when they would be available. We were reimbursed later and recieved an apology as we were not the only guests with complaints about the barking dogs.

Checked out after one night, was charged for entire stay.

Cons:

First of all, room was not as described . There was no place to put my suitcase, let alone open it up. I had to place it on the floor, open it, take out what I needed, close it, lock it, and stand it up in order to move around the bed. It looked like a motel 6 inside, not what I paid for. I asked for a room that I might have reserved and was told, since I booked with Booking.com, no changes could be made. Also, my printed reservation was not descriptive enough to make a case for room switch.
