Great amenities; noisy upstairs neighbors
Pros:

We loved the cleanliness and comfort! We were exhausted when we arrived around 6pm so it was nice to walk into a clean room with a comfortable bed!

Cons:

We loved everything about our stay except the family that was staying in the room above us. They apparently had young children, not infants, and they were extremely loud our entire stay. I called the front desk and complained and she confirmed that the guest above us had children. She said she would walk the halls and if she heard excessive noise she would say something. But, quiet time didn't start until 9pm. I'm not sure if anything was said to them but it did get a little quieter around 10pm. We are parents and grandparents so we understand a little noise but this was unreasonable. It sounded like they were running, jumping from one bed to another and dragging chairs across the floor. I feel like they were unsupervised most, if not all, of the time.

Super clean, very comfortable bed. Easy check in and easy to navigate the area.

Cons:

Breakfast could use some help. The cool pancake machine does not cook the pancakes...everyone was throwing them away.

Exceptional stay!
Pros:

I travel frequently and this is probably the cleanest facility that I have stayed in!

Cons:

I liked everything about my stay and will definitely stay again in the future! Highly recommend!!!

Comfortable stay
Pros:

I really liked this hotel. The amenities were great, the room was comfortable, I felt safe there, and the staff were very kind. I also remember the breakfast here being nice.

Cons:

I don't think I disliked anything.
