When i booked my room threw booking I was post to have a double queen room got to the room an it was a king suite so I had to go back to front desk an the lady at the front desk change it to a double queen room put the stay was perfect

Pros:

The room was clean and comfy, plenty of restaurants near by. They give you pillows of different sizes.

Cons:

The cleaning crew did a great job. They started earlier than I think I've seen in a hotel which made for some noise in the hallways.

Pros:

I always enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn in Fort Smith. I feel safe in the hotel, even traveling alone.
It is clean, updated, and well kept.

The rooms are always spacious and the amenities are wonderful.
The staff are very kind and the rooms are nice and quiet.

There is a nice large seating area for dining next to the kitchen. They have Quaker oatmeal packets, Oiko yogurts, brioche and wheat toasts along with bagels/muffins etc., specialty cinnamon rolls, bacon, eggs, potatoes, and omelettes along with juice options, waffle/pancake makers, and a separate coffee station.

There are also great restaurant options around (at least ones I like!) for dinner, lunch, or snacking.
