The Inn at Meadowbrook

The room was so spacious and comfortable. Very clean and well designed. We loved the property and all the trails for after dinner stroll. I would love to visit this hotel again if I am ever back in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay—it was a perfect 10! Our room was incredibly comfortable, and we especially enjoyed spending time outdoors. It was such a joy watching our granddaughters ride their bikes and play at the nearby playgrounds. We only wish we lived in the area! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I stay at the Meadowbrook frequently for business. The staff always goes above and beyond to make it a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I love this Inn. Fantastic rooms, staff is always friendly. Great amenities. Plus having the dining options and access to the park makes it the perfect place for us. We come to KC often and stay at The Inn at Meadowbrook every time we can.

First off, it is a beautiful hotel. We have stayed there multiple times over the last few years and quite like the property and how spacious the rooms are.

We stayed for three nights; 3/24-3/26. On our first full day there we went swimming and were in the pool for about an hour. Later that night after her shower, both of my wife’s big toes became swollen, red and painful.

In the morning, I went to get a triple antibiotic ointment for my wife, but unfortunately that didn’t help at all, and we ended up having to go to CareNow. She was prescribed two antibiotics for a bacterial infection.

We informed the hotel so that they were aware of the situation and could take steps to address the pool so that this wouldn’t happen to anybody else. They checked with their pool people, and claimed that the chlorine and pH levels were fine.

We spent a whole day of our three days there going to CareNow and pharmacies for the antibiotics and ointment. Besides that, my wife was in pain and couldn’t walk around a lot. We basically lost a third of our spring break vacation.

Management showed no sympathy/empathy for us from the time we brought it up to the end of our stay. We never heard a sorry you’re going through this, nor were we offered any recompense for the pain, loss of our day, or doctor bill. So as much as we like the property, unfortunately I can’t say we’d return due to the lack of hospitality from management and the front desk staff.

We had a group of family visit KC and stay at The Inn at Meadowbrook. It was a five star experience from start to finish. The rooms are large and nicely appointed. Many guests complimented the comfortable mattresses. It is always a positive comment to have comfortable beds in a hotel. We had a range of room types from a family suite, deluxe king rooms, and two queen rooms. The bunk beds in the family suite were also noted as very comfortable. The overall property was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Ramona was in direct contact with us regarding rooms and other details. She was very communicative, professional and provided exceptional service. We requested an early check in for some who arrived on early flights. They were able to accommodate our request. The entire stay was extraordinary and provided a positive experience for our guests. We will definitely return to the Inn at Meadowbrook.

Very comfortable and inviting lobby!! Delicious market for breakfast, creative and delicious cocktail offerings in the bar!!

If you want a hotel with amazing amenities & staff, you should book! Not one single complaint from me!

My wife and I traveled back to Kansas City - our home for many years prior to retirement and a move to Arizona. The purpose of our 4 day trip was to visit family, friends and to take in a Kansas Jayhawks basketball game. We had a terrific weekend that was made more special by our stay at The Inn at Meadowbrook. Dinner at our last evening at Verbena was the perfect ending.

I travel a bunch and have to say this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I could not come up with one single complaint. The staff were incredible, the rooms were amazing, beautiful view location, great food. Just exquisite!

Usually we stay with family but there was no room this year. Meadowbrook is relatively new. The room was large, the bed very comfortable, everything was clean and the daily cleaning service was thorough. We had breakfast at the café. The food was good but it was very crowded.

We are frequent guests at the Inn. We enjoy everything about it from the record player in the lobby to the fantastic restaurant. Friendly staff, great rooms. Looking forward to our next stay

Everything about the Inn made us feel appreciated! We could not have asked for more. Room was great Staff could not have been better! We ate at Verbena top notch food and service at a price that was more than reasonable! Will definitely be back, they have the competition beat by a mile!

This is my preferred hotel when traveling to KC /Overland Park for business. Super friendly staff - from front desk; cafe, bar and restaurant. Rooms are generous, spotless and very comfortable. The attached restaurant, Verbena is top notch.
