Cons:

You could hear the “thumps” of people walking in their rooms and hallways. It woke me up.

Pros:

I started out on the 2nd floor and moved to the 4th after day 3 or 4. The rooms were ok. The 2nd floor had walk in showers which was ideal. The 4th floor had a tub which really wasn't necessary, in my opinion. Both rooms were good, the finishings were really nice. The lighting was great especially for getting ready in the morning. Great space, as long as you didn't look at the showers. The showers in both of the bathrooms were dated with visible rust and black stains around the perimeter

Cons:

I moved from the 2nd floor to the 4th after 3 or 4 days because of the noise above me. There were families with children booked above me and their footsteps were LOUD. The children were obviously excited and were running to express themselves. I called downstairs and reported my concerns. Although they expressed that they would handle it, they did not. I asked a housekeeper who was on the floor to step inside my room to listen in. She contacted the front desk to report what she heard and I listened in as the front desk person said, "They just arrived. They'll settle down. It's no big deal." I felt completely ignored. After another 15mins of the kids running, I walked downstairs to report my concern and was told... "it's the middle of the day and they are kids. There's not much we can do. Would you like another room?" Although I was disappointed in the response, I accepted the move to the 4th floor and completed my stay there.

I understand that it's important to accomodate all and that noise is obvious, my hope was that those of us who need/require a bit of peace and quiet, would also be considered during the day too.
