Pros:

The staff are super friendly, everything is very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is very good! Overall a great property to stay at! We would definitely stay there again if we are back in town.

Cons:

The hotel is a great place to stay, the only thing was a little bit of a inconvenience for us because the people that were above us were very loud and we had to complain to management, which finally was resolved after midnight on the night we were there. Definitely not the hotel’s fault, it was the people who were above us that were not considerate at all to their neighbors!

They were very gracious and I loved the stay!!
Pros:

Anna or Ann the manager of housekeeping was amazing. We had
a lil minor hiccup with our room the housekeeper was new and she missed a few things. Ann came in corrected everything and apologized and even gave us some hotel perks. The food was good with big choices of breakfast items. We checked out and I left my wallet with my license, debit cards and all my personal information the housekeeper threw it in the garbage with some food it was left in a box with. Ann found it in the dumpster for us. I can’t make this up my luck was bad I was already in Deland for my cousins funeral. This lady gave me a hug wished us safe travels. She went above and beyond and I won’t stay at another hotel there only Holiday Day Inn thanks to her. The staff was great!!!

A really good experience.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast got us off to a good start for the day.

Cons:

If I had to say one thing, the AC could have been a little more consistent in its cooling.
