Pros:

今まで泊まったアパホテルの中でも1番掃除が行き届いていて綺麗だった。部屋も端の方で、静かに過ごせてとても良かった。機会があればまた是非宿泊したいです。

Okay stay. Would return if in a lower price range.
Pros:

Clean enough, close enough, good amenities nearby.

Cons:

No parking. Although advertised, only a few parking spaces exist, none were available for me before checkin started. Reservation not possible. Options available nearby. Early checkin (before 3pm) costs 1000yen even though room available.

飯店後面有間24小時的超市，左邊有一間簡單的拉麵店，出門不到100公尺也有一間7-11，生活用品跟吃食方面都很方便。就是飯店本身房間的空間太小，在放置行李箱上有一定的局限。
