Pros:

Excellent location you walk out the door and the subway station is there

Cons:

So hot in the room, I was told the air con is set centrally so I cannot bring the temperature down or increase fan speed. The front desk kindly let me borrow a fan but even with the fan running my room was still reading at 27 degrees - i had to sleep with no blankets. Even though there are many positives to this hotel I don’t think I could stay here again because of the temperature

Strategic location. It is beside train station, supermarket and convenience store and very near in fukuoka airport.

Cons:

No clinic and no first aid kit. A little bit expensive for a small room. Only 1 staff can understand and speak English.

Location is easy to find, subway is near, supermarket at the back of the hotel is a treat.
Pros:

the staff are friendly and helpful. I booked 3 rooms for my family and requested, if possible, for us to be in the same floor. The bookings were done on different time, but they managed to put our rooms near each other. The location is the best, since it is near the subway, the airport, convenience store, restaurants and even a supermarket at the back of the hotel. Very accessible indeed.

Cons:

Since the air-conditioning is centralized, there were times when it became hot that we had to open the window to get some air.

Check-in y Check-out muy rápido y eficiente, en muy buena zona, justo saliendo de la estación de tren si te ubicas bien por las salidas, e igualmente sino solo hay una cuadra de diferencia.

Cons:

La habitación era pequeña y se sintió algo apretada para dos personas, a su vez, aunque sé que es común es un poco molesto no poder controlar el aire acondicionado, aunque fuimos a final de invierno y aún hace bastante frío en la calle, la habitación estaba muy calurosa. Creo que por la organización podría aprovecharse mejor el espacio y mejorar el flujo del aire.

スタッフの対応が親切で良かった。朝食も種類も多くておいしかったです。立地も地下鉄入り口横なので便利でした。
