Really nice condo inside- very comfortable.

Cons:

Parking is absolutely terrible. Not enough parking passes. Walking and trying to get to the pool and back was awful. The staff tried to help- but a huge inconvenience.

Overall, the property is located in a quiet and pleasant environment, which we appreciated. However, there were quite a few cars parked along the road rather than in the driveways, which made the area feel a bit crowded at times.

The townhouse itself is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. That said, the beds and pillows were softer than we prefer, which affected our sleep quality slightly. We also requested additional blankets during our stay, but unfortunately, they never arrived.

One of the highlights is the convenient walking distance to the water park. However, the water park tends to be very crowded, and during peak hours there is crowd control in place. We arrived early one day and noticed that the cabanas were empty, but when we inquired about renting one, we were told they had to be booked several days in advance. It would be helpful if this policy were communicated more clearly to guests ahead of time.

Overall, a decent stay with a good location, but there are a few areas where the experience could be improved.

Terrible experience from the beginning to finish. The rooms were awful. Our reservation was canceled without notice and they put us in a different location and did not offer any refund whatsoever. Rooms were not cleaned, the staff was not helpful whatsoever. I have been giving the runaround for days.
