Nice but does not have adequate accommodations for elders.
Pros:

The units are always nice and clean and very affordable.

Cons:

Not all the villas have elevators. Which is really horrible when traveling with elders

Cons:

I like the condo the carpet was dirty and the wall was dirty when you come in the condo. I wish that yal had gas grill. Everything was great.

I would definitely re visit .
Pros:

Beautiful , modern , very professional and nice staff .

Cons:

Pool closed early and there needed to have been a pool/ food bar at that location . I think it would draw more of a crowd and for longer periods of time. The BBQ grill didn’t work , we really wanted to cook out.

Pros:

The property was close to stores and shopping.

Cons:

Spectrum had no parking in front of the condo, so you had to walk to the parking lot in the front of the property to reach your car. The condo was not very clean and the walls were thin. We could hear people coming in all night, cars driving past because the windows are next to the one way road, and our neighbors stomping upstairs. One night a fight broke out and the sheriff had to be called.

Spectrum does have a decent pool, but we couldn’t use it 3 out of the 7 nights due to “private events” they hosted. I don’t think it’s fair to close down a pool specifically for paying customers at the resort.

Would not recommend.

Pros:

Spacious rooms, kitchen was amazing, all the water parks were great! H2O was fun! My kids loved it! They had an app you could order rides within the park for free , which was real nice! Front desk was super helpful,very patient and kind !

Cons:

I did read reviews before I came, I can agree the parking situation probably wouldn’t be too favorable for some . One spot in front of my building. First come first serve . Or you park in the parking lot . For my family it was a short walk and we didn’t let it ruin our fun. This place was amazing and they were very good to us!

It’s a beautiful place

That it was clean, quiet, and the townhome was beautiful and smell like brand new

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working when we arrived and it took sometime for someone to stoped by, the guy was finally able to fix it

parking was free, rooms are clean and well stocked, very peaceful resort, had a ton of fun at both the H2O Park and the Reunion waterpark, close to all the attractions, had a ton of restaurants s close by. overall, would highly recommend staying at this resort
