All staff is very humble with us and specially mr. Rohit who care us like a family of city max hotel .

fire alarm faulty activated two times during my stay which made me uncomfortable sleep
last day worms found come out from the floor drain of the shower photos taken and the issue reported to housekeeping immediate
swimming pool not working
at booking. com it is mention that the hotel serve bunch and dinner buffet with payment put when i go there they don't have this
at booking.com it is mention the breakfast is 30 AED and there is 20% discount for the gust but when I go there the breakfast is 35 AED and there is no discount

Good and plesent stay for 15 days for my business trip its good and service is good. Recommending for business and family

Everything was absolutely perfect from check-in to check-out. I would especially like to thank the front office staff who checked me in during the night. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. She made the check-in process smooth and left a wonderful first impression. The room was excellent, and the overall stay exceeded my expectations. The biryani was also absolutely delicious. Thank you to the entire team for such outstanding hospitality. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Citymax hotel Business Bay Area and would like to especially commend Pooja at the front desk and the entire housekeeping team for their outstanding service. Pooja was consistently helpful, attentive, and professional throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and well taken care of. Kudos to the housekeeping guys too. Awesome experience!

Location is perfect, it is in the business bay in the city center. The excellent was that there is free fees garage too. You can park easily without issues. It’s located in the underground and easily reachable.
