If it wasnt for all of the maintenance issues we would of enjoyed our stay more.

Location and Hotel were lovely. Room a huge disappointment

Cons:

Our room was full of moisture. The carpets were wet, you had to wear shoes or socks as feet would get wet. The tiles and bathroom were very, very slippery and so was the shower. We had to call the cleaners to rewash the tiles so we didn't fall over. We also had to call maintenance as the bathroom door was not secure. Management brought in a dehumidifier what didn't really work. They told us they have had this problem before with the moisture. We were not compensated for all of this which really disappointed us as management told us we would be. We are Hilton members also! We would of enjoyed our stay more if it wasn't for all of these problems

Die Unterkunft liegt nah zum Strand und es gibt einen Golf-Car Transfer. Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich gut und Frühstück lecker. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden, hatten aber leider einige Mangel, die man für über 350$ die Nacht nicht erwartet.

Cons:

Wir haben inkl. frühstück gebucht und mussten trotzdem täglich 13,07$ Service charge + Tip zahlen beim Frühstück zahlen. Das Housekeeping kommt nur alle 4(!) Tage, Waschmaschine im Waschraum defekt und das Lowlight, unsere Tür war so sehr verzogen, dass selbst das Personal sie kaum offnen konnte, als wir uns beschwert haben. Die Option war, sie während des Aufenthaltes abzuschleifen und dabei dann leider alles dreckig wird. Ein anderes Zimmer war angeblich nicht möglich. Bis uns diese Info gegeben wurde, haben wir 3x an der Rezeption gefragt. Der Hausmeister sagte, dass das Problem bekannt ist, schade, dass es nicht behoben wird.
