We will never stay at any Hilton again.
Pros:

The bartender (from Columbia) was very friendly and good at her job. She interacted with all the customers. Got everyone engaged in conversation.

Cons:

The day we checked in the girl working was very rude and not helpful at all. We asked to a balcony room and she said nothing was available. She then put us in a room looking down on the dumpsters in the back parking lot, even though the hotel was not full. Later that night we talked to the next front desk person that came on and she said no problem we can switch you to a new room with a balcony. Why suddenly are rooms available? Sounds to us like the first person was lying and just did not want to bother helping us. The when we got to our room(s) the coffee pot was not working. In both rooms we had to hold the lid down in order for the coffee to make. Crazy. Thank God for the bartender she was the only good thing that happened.

Very nice place to stay. Comfortable and clean, convenient location. Perfect for my family.
Pros:

Very nice staff, very clean, smells clean, elevators are maintained and always clean and smell good. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The tv was personalized to me and my family. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything or a very short drive to anything needed. 1000% will comeback.

Cons:

The pool chairs were limited for laying out.

Cons:

I booked room with balcony then when I get there they say I didn’t! Pool water was too cold . Breakfast was very expensive ! Food was all that good !
