51F is too cold to sleep in

Cons:

I got there and the first room smelled like smoke. They changed me to a room with no heat on. They fixed the heater. The temperature was 51F for hours. By the morning when I had to leave it was warmer.

Comfortable, quiet stay
Pros:

We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival. Having traveled from NY from Africa, this was greatly appreciated. The shuttle drivers to and from the airport were very friendly and the room was spotless, quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was also plentiful with many options.

The hotel’s environment was exceptionally well-designed, making it a memorable experience for my first visit to New York City. The staff displayed remarkable friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay.

However, I encountered a minor inconvenience when the shower in my room became clogged. I promptly contacted the front desk, and their prompt and professional response was greatly appreciated.

The exceptional service extended to my family’s breakfast, which they thoroughly enjoyed. While I was unable to partake, my family’s satisfaction was evident.

Overall, I was so impressed with my stay that I wanted to extend my stay by an additional night.
