We had a vacation over the weekend and hoping a pleasant stay but turned to be a very ttansactional service and disapointment.
No one from the front desk was smiling and as if I was in a grocery counter that staff was just trying to check in your room.
The worst part is our booking was mistakenly charge with a wrong booking that the front desk did not bother to check thoroughly and insistent that the booking was correct at the point of reservation.
After awhile.it was confirmed that the front desk did not check the booking and confirmation it was different booking from what we requested.
Confirmation letter was not sent to us prior to booking.
We ended up with no choice but to follow what the front desk insisted in our booking and will email us for the chargeback transaction which until now we have not heard anything or email response from them considering it was a wrong booking from what we requested.

Om 12 uur uitchecken, geen probleem met dat, maar als je naderhand het zwembad nog wou gebruiken moest je 750 pesos betalen,vond ik eigenlijk niet echt klantvriendelijk.
We loved everything about Seda. Our king suite felt like the perfect end to our island hopping holiday and the staff every morning at breakfast and concierge are always so welcoming and friendly

I had a great two-night stay here. The location is incredibly convenient, situated right next to a mall and within easy walking distance of a local food park.
The rooms are a generous size and the Wi-Fi speeds were decent throughout my stay. However, two issues kept this from being a five-star experience: the elevators were uncomfortably hot, and the breakfast buffet frequently ran out of food. If they can fix the ventilation and the kitchen replenishment, this would be a top-tier choice.
Centrally located. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. 25 mins taxi to the airport which is handy for catching flight our of cebu airport. Breakfast was the best

- staff are friendly, attentive and supportive.
- breakfast can be busy but again staff are highly accommodating and will sit you immediately.
- rooftop pool and gym give a nice view over the local area.
- situated in a highly populated area with amenities all close by and easily accessible, mall connected to hotel for very easy shopping experience.
- booking came with pick up service allowing for an easy transition from airport to hotel, driver and companion were exceptional.
- check in team were very efficient, lobby staff were wonderful waving down taxi whilst we stay cool inside.
- we put on the do not disturb button, cleaning staff placed a card under the door so that we knew to call if we required anything. Despite not wanting to be disturbed we received a call to the room whilst resting to ask us if we needed anything.
- we put the light on for the cleaning service the following day, went out until mid afternoon and came back to the room not yet attended to. Decided to take a nap after being out in the heat for many hours and was then disturbed for the room to be serviced.
