The staff were especially amazing - so welcoming and made the stay really enjoyable. The hotel is amazing and has such incredible facilities, including a fabulous pool and gym.

Pros:

It was my first time in the Philippines, and staying here made it easy to access restaurants, cafes, stores, and other amenities. The Wi‑Fi was excellent, and I was able to work. The service was amazing, from the front desk to the bellhop and everyone you pass in the hall; it was all very, very good.

They can arrange transportation for you, so I highly recommend setting it up for trips to and from the airport as well as to the ferry. Being in front of the ferry makes transportation much easier. You can also call a taxi, but it can take longer to get one, or a motorbike.

Room service is excellent as well. The gym next to the pool is a very good hotel gym and is connected to the mall.

Tolle Lage, toller Ausblick, Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl, großes Zimmer, sauber, schöner Pool, zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr aufmerksam. Hinweise wann beim Frühstück am meisten los ist, aber nur kurze Wartezeit, wenn voll. Cappuccino wie er sein soll, besser als Starbucks! Nicht so warm auch ohne Klimaanlage, schöne dunkle Vorhänge, ruhig.

Accessible to everything. Our room is connecting room it feels like condotel washer/dryer available. It was amazing for a family room bonus nice views. Excellent staff very accommodating. Bfast and dinner buffet was delicious.

Big shoutout to the wonderful staff at Seda! Special thanks to Nathan at the check-in counter, he was amazing and made our stay even more pleasant with his exceptional service.

If you enjoy Filipino breakfast, you’ll definitely appreciate the delicious breakfast selection they serve as well.

Cons:

The only downside is that their loyalty program cannot be linked or integrated with international hotel rewards programs, unlike some global hotel chains.

The location is perfect it is in IT park, if you get hungry @night theres plenty of resto and stall

Breakfast was wonderful! so many selections and spacious, they will greet you with smile and you literally can ask them anything. the 4 days i stayed there, the chef was out there greeting and checking all the food.

Cons:

my first night in my first room, the airconditioned keep shutting off every hour, I thought It was programmed that way but woke up in the middle of the night sweating, asked to change room after extending and they are very helpful with it.
