Pros:

Petit déjeuner très fourni mais pain de qualité très moyenne. Un peu d’attente aux heures de pointe.Piscine sympa en terrasse . Bon emplacement. Personnel très sympathique

L’insonorisation entre les chambres. On entendait les enfants des voisins et certains adultes parlant fort

Hotel was an ok place for a two- night stay. I don’t think, though, that I would book here again.
Pros:

We liked how the hotel was conveniently located. Ayala mall was next door, grocery store & nice restaurants were all around.

Cons:

Not sure if this is about the property, we didn’t like how crowded & busy the place was. The lobby had so much traffic all hours of the day.

Pros:

We had the best stay at Seda Central Bloc! Staying here was so convenient. The lobby is connected to the mall, which offers plenty of dining and shopping options. But what truly stood out was their top-tier service. The Front Office staff were friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with warm smiles. We'll definitely be back soon!

Good stay
Pros:

For the location, it is a good location centered by bpo companies and a good food inside the estate. The atmosphere/ambiance is beautiful especially on the main lobby, it is cold enough but not too cold. The rooms are clean as a textbook. I felt valued because the moment I entered, the security are so welcoming and they helped me with my luggage. The noise level is good, its quiet that you will have one of the best sleeps ever. The sense of amenities is good, I love how the soap smells.
