Pro’s and Con’s
Pros:

Very quick housekeeping services, Helpful front desk check in and punctual airport driver and transportation services. I’d like to acknowledge Ms. Vanacel (im not sure that’s her name) for a very seamless front desk transaction, she caught a lot of check in mistakes that saved us some money. Thank you!

-Punctual and Helpful concierge and bellman including airport transfers
-Clean Rooms
-Cool and Clean pool water located up their rooftop on the 17th floor.
-Wide Variety on their breakfast menu
-Centrally located on the Cebu IT block, it also features Ayala mall that is centrally attached to the hotel itself starting on the 2nd to their hotel lobby on the 5th floor.

Cons:
-Very small rooms
-Small beds
-Limited towels
-Had to ask for extra towels for the amount of guests staying within the room.
-A very busy breakfast buffet, although they advise guests on the certain time that breakfast will be the most busiest to the least, it still gets a bit overwhelming. I suggest extending their breakfast hours from 6am-11am and expanding their breakfast area to accommodate more guests.

Overall, me and my family had a very good stay at Seda Central Bloc. Thank you!

Central location, nice stay
Pros:

Seda Central Bloc Cebu was one of the most convenient and enjoyable hotels we stayed at during our trip. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and we had no issues throughout our stay.

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the biggest highlights is the hotel’s direct connecting walkway to Ayala Center Cebu, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and anything else you might need. Since the hotel is located in Cebu IT Park, there are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance, making it a great location for both tourists and business travelers.

The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wonderful selection of food. Everything we tried was delicious, and it was one of the better hotel breakfasts we had during our vacation.

The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The bell staff always greeted us with a smile, opened the doors, and were happy to assist with our luggage. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the bar staff were friendly and attentive as well.

We also enjoyed spending time at the rooftop pool, which was a nice place to relax after a day of exploring Cebu.

Overall, this was a wonderful stay with excellent service, a fantastic location, clean rooms, and a great breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu.

We like the room but will forgo the breakfast buffet next time.

The location is very convenient to other restaurants and especially the Robinson mall.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet needs more variation, the egg station took a while to get our ordered omelette. They need more cooking area or staffs .
