The hotel staff is not nice.
Pros:

Nice hotel, room was Ok.

Cons:

The room was a little small, the staff was not so nice and not smailing.
We know differents hotels that the hospitality was amazing, I don't know the reason why the feeling in this specific hotel was not good.
The hotel must improve the feeling that the staff give !! Its very different hotel , not like we know in Thailand.
You also can't smoke in the room balcony
You need to get down and to smoke in the parking.
I dont think that we will back to this hotel.

צוות קבלה לא שירותי בעליל בגישה ובהתייחסות לאורחים . מצעים מלוכלכים כל ערב שחוזרים מהבריכה. הזמנו חדר לזוג+1 אמרו הילד בחינם ולא שמו עבורו מיטה בחדר .ביקשו עוד תשלום עבור הילד .
