Really I feel comfortable with all the stuff really they are very friendly and supportive.
As well all the places we're very clean.

Cons:

Inside the elevator sometimes it smells bad and hot. The TV channel needs improvement.

Pros:

Highly impressed! The room was clean and spacious, and the food was delicious. All the staff were friendly, smiling, and provided excellent service. The lifeguard at the pool took great care of us, so I felt safe letting my kids swim. They were also very nice and welcoming to the children.

Amazing place and staffs only at OZO 😍
Pros:

I really love the style and atmosphere of OZO North Pattaya. The staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming, and the hotel offers all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay.

I would especially like to recognize Khun Natty and Khun Nida from the Front Office and arrange my reservations for their excellent service.

Moreover, I would also like to thank Khun Frong, Khun Kae, and Khun Daf, who looked after us during the mini dinner buffet. They were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel very well taken care of.

I truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality and care from the entire team. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back again and again! 😍😍

Уборка поверхностная
Есть загрязнения старые на розетках светильниках
