My stay was relaxing and worry free.
Pros:

The staff was great! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had just the right amount of food and variety.

Breakfast was delicious. But, I would like more of a refund because my room was absurd.
Pros:

Loved the breakfast! Super delicious , well made, lots of options. And I loved the coffee. Best hotel coffee ever.

Cons:

The room was disgusting. The bed was made well. But, the floors were horrendous. 1. My feet felt grimy when I walked, and turned black. I ended up walking around with shoes on or a towel under my feet so as not to get my feet dirty. Also, my 1 year old baby was crawling on the ground, and within a minute his feet, knees, and hands were BLACK, as if a tire was ran over him. We reported it to front desk, and they gave a minor discount.. not enough for me to feel satisfied as a customer.

Overall great stay! Front desk staff and housekeeping were amazing!
Pros:

Breakfast was convenient and relatively tasty. The hotel was a bit further out than expected from the TCU campus but overall quite, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom toilet ran the entire time of our stay-it was mentioned twice by me to front desk but no action was taken. The telephone in the room did not work-again, mentioned twice by me to front desk but no action was taken. Although it was evident that management was in the building, it was obvious to me that there was more socializing going on amongst themselves. I was impressed with the initial interaction but feel as though management (seeing that they were constantly on the property) could have dealt with the issues immediately or at least offered a solution.

Staff was on a tentative stains in the room roaches in the room, I do not recommend this hotel.

Overall a good stay once our few problems were addressed!
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. It was in a good location in the city as well! Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The ironing board was broken and the iron didn’t work. The iron was replaced when the staff was notified but the ironing board was not. The soap dispenser was broken and empty as well, but the following day, it was fixed as well!
