Personal und Lage Top! Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch kommen wir gerne wieder.
Pros:

Lage gut, Personal außerordentlich nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstück gut. Parkplatz in der Hotelgarage für 8€ pro Tag.

Cons:

Alles in die Jahre gekommen.

Bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber herzlich geführt und ein sagenhaftes Frühstück!
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist sagenhaft! Die Lage ist super. Und per S-Bahn ist man sehr gut an HH angebunden.

Cons:

Der Aufzug macht gruselige Geräusche. Insgesamt braucht das Hotel eine Generalsanierung. Ich wünsche den aktuellen Betreibern, dass sie genug Kundschaft haben, um das anzugehen, denn es waren richtig tolle Gastgeber!

Top Personal, sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Super Frühstück, schöne Lage, mehrere Restaurants in der unmittelbarer Nähe.

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber und gut,
Frühstück sehr gut, es wurde an alles gedacht.
Die Nähe zur S- Bahn perfekt.

Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Aufbackbrötchen zum Frühstück in einem Hotel sind etwas mau. Da hätten wir uns über Brötchen vom Bäcker gefreut.
