Nicht zu empfehlen
Cons:

Wir waren als 5 köpfige Familie dort und hatten das Appartement. Es gab ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch. Die Schlafcouch war einfach kaputt und es war katastrophal darauf zu schlafen. Ein weiteres Zimmer mit einem Bett, bei dem die Matratze durchgelegen war. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde extra beworben, war aber nichts besonderes, im Gegenteil, Cappuccino gab es nicht da Maschine defekt, Joghurt war leer und wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Die gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt von Hamburg.

Cons:

Hoteltür ist die gesamte Nacht entriegelt und somit für jedermann zugänglich. Frühstücksraum klein, wenn viele Gäste gleichzeitig da sind wirds eng.

Ein gutes Hotel mit Potenzial; Freundliches, anpackendes Personal :)
Pros:

-Toller Service
-Schmackhaftes Frühstück mit "echtem" Kaffee (keine Plöre aus Billig-Automaten.
-Gemütliche Betten
-Gut schallisoliert zw. den Zimmerräumen
-Tolle Lage
-Aufzug vorhanden

Cons:

-Keine Klimaanlage im Raum. "Nur" Ventilator (besser als nichts, trotzdem verbesserungswürdig).
-Wlan/WiFi Konnektivität & Geschwindigkeiten (Upload/Download) mittelmäßig. Abends schlecht, abhängig davon, wie viele Gäste eingechecked sind. Sollte verbessert werden.
-Feuchtpapier auf dem WC.

Buena ubicación, personal muy amable, hotel acogedor cerca de la estación del tren
El desayuno bien.

Cons:

Las toallas no las cambian todos los días y cuando lo hicieron ( un solo día) fue para una sola persona y éramos dos.
