Pros:

Schönes ausreichend großes Zimmer. Tiefgarage mit einigen Plätzen vorhanden. Ausreichendes Frühstücksbüffet.

Good sized apartment
Rather clean

Decent hotel

Cons:

The curtains are too thin and not doing their job. Some parts of the window in the main room don't even have curtains or blinds therefore the light woke me up.
Pillows are too soft.
The kitchen was rather well equipped but one of the pans was not very clean or too old.

Booking und das Hotel arbeiten super in ihrem Sinne zusammen.
Pros:

Problemlose Buchung. Überaus freundliches Personal, sowohl bei Booking.com als auch im Hotel, welches sich für mein Anliegen nicht zuständig fühlte. Die Umbuchung auf einen anderen Termin wurde perfekt abgewiegelt.

Cons:

Eine Umbuchung zu ermöglichen, wäre schön gewesen.

Comfortable and pleasant
Pros:

Personnel is very nice, it’s clean, calm, very good location, it’s a comfortable facility; I have been there a few times already and will be coming back, very good hotel

Cons:

Breakfasts could be better, the options are very limited

Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Man bekommt alles was man braucht für ein gutes Frühstück.

Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel, wenn man nicht gerade mit dem PKW anreist.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal.
Frühstück TOP!!

Cons:

Einziges Manko ist die Parkmöglichkeit im (am)Hotel. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind sehr eng !!

Pros:

Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Zimmer sauber. Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.
Beim Frühstück ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, und es wird laufend nachgelegt.
Diverse Kaffeearten, Tees sowie Kakao werden auf persönlichen Wunsch serviert.
Die fußläufige Nähe zum S-Bahnhof macht den Ausflug nach Hamburg sehr bequem.
Im nächsten Jahr definitiv wieder!
