Otherwise, my experience was excellent.
Pros:

Juli provided excellent info and service at my check in. She was polite, courteous, and informative. The room was comfortable and clean. However, your Holiday Inn Express policy on a daily parking fee is ridiculous and should be dropped. There should NOT be a fee.

One of Santa Clarita’s Best!
Pros:

The staff was wonderful (shout out to Juli who checked us in and was very friendly and welcoming), the room was modern, nice and quiet and the amenities are great! Parking is plentiful and easy and the location is excellent!! The breakfast surpasses expectations (omelets, biscuit sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, sausages, cereals, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls…). Big props also to 24 hour coffee, tea, fruity water and hot cocoa packets in the lobby!

Holiday Inn Express was the right choice
Pros:

After thoroughly searching online and reading reviews, we selected this Holiday Inn Express in Santa Clarita for our two-night stay. The experience did not disappoint. Our room was very comfortable and clean in every way. Hallways were quiet even with our proximity to the elevator. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the automated pancake machine as well as the fresh-ground coffee dispensers. The staff were top-tier welcoming and helpful. The property location was very convenient off of Interstate 5 and close to dining options. Although there was a hotel parking fee, the $10/day charge was reasonable.
Special shout out to Isabel who was amazing keeping the breakfast room stocked with fresh, delicious items. She was so very friendly both mornings.
With such a wondeful experience, we are confident your stay will be equally fantastic.

Great Experience!
Pros:

Clean room and facility. Good clean breakfast area as well. I can't remember her name but the lady at the front desk was very helpful when I needed something I had forgot to bring.

A Wonderful and Relaxing Stay

I loved my stay here! The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Janeth especially took the time to help me and made sure everything was taken care of — I really appreciated that. The amenities were great, especially the pools, and the location is perfect since it’s near a lot of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! I had no issues at all — my stay was great! The rooms were very comfortable, and everything was clean and well kept. The staff was helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. The noise level at the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. I was able to relax and sleep comfortably without any disturbances, which made the stay even better. I would like to recognize Janeth for her professionalism and for being so helpful every time I had a question. She was always patient, kind, and willing to assist, which made my stay even better. Her customer service truly stood out!

Raina was an exceptional front desk hostess. She was always smiling and ready to help us with any requests and questions we had. The room was very clean and stocked well. The breakfast bar had everything we needed and more! Honestly, everything was great!
