TERRIBLE HOTEL PLEASE SKIP
Pros:

Very bad hotel I would really not suggest staying here the staff is rude and I don’t know how they rate this hotel as 4 or 5 star I would rate this only 2 star as they don’t have any service their gym js run by a private party which has the spa sauna all run by them called CLOUD7 which is extremely crowded with the outside public and very dirty as it’s a private gym any one can take a membership and use it so it’s extremely badly maintained also their staff is very rude and the amenities in the room for any thing like a shaving kit or brush you have go down to the reception and take it no one will bring it to the room another major set back of this hotel is they don’t use air conditioning if it’s cold outside it’s so hot in the room that we have to keep the window open and sleep which is a security and privacy risk I would suggest please never take this hotel.

Потрясающий гостеприимный отель с вкуснейшими завтраками, да еще и в самом центре
Pros:

Вкуснейшие завтраки! Замечательные повара, персонал на завтраке выше всех похвал! Спасибо вам за такое гостеприимство!

Номера классные и удобные, есть все необходимое. Отель в самом центре Еревана, что тоже очень удобно.

Большой спортивный бассейн, так что шапочки обязательны. Меньше всего народу утром.

Cons:

Пожалуй не понравился только очень хлорированный джакузи.

Отличный отель с хорошими удобными и чистыми номерами, упитанными и вкусными завтраками, спа зоной и массажем, и с прекрасным расположением в самом центре города!

Poor value hotel, not worth the price!
Pros:

No rooftop bar, no functioning Playstation, spa shared with externals, and dated hotel common areas with boring atmosphere... The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but it was not worth the price at all. You can find better for much cheaper nearby.

Pros:

Great staff!

Cons:

Small pool. There was no notice regarding the spa area. The girl couldn’t swim in the pool because a disposable cap is inconvenient for that.

Pros:

Hotel has very good location and very good wifi

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed that spa was closed for two days of our stay. These information should be prior booking and not after booking it.

I used spa on final day but also didn't enjoy that it was overcrowded in the morning, as i guess hotel is selling abonnements to locals. It should be managed. Also when such think happens and spa services are closed there should be discount system.

Breakfast overall is good but can be more variety of selections.
