This is a decent place in a very good location. The rooms are quite comfortable and modern, with electrical outlets in the right places. No extra amenities are provided in the bathroom, and there is a lot of signposting around the room, with little notices saying to do this or not to do that (I just removed them all immediately and put them in a drawer). Breakfast features an omelette station, which is good, while the rest of the buffet was quite unspectacular and perhaps a bit minimal.
Many rooms look onto an atrium or interior courtyard. The main atrium is shared with a restaurant, which can be very noisy until 11 pm every night. There are a few quiet rooms (in a different section of the building), but only after I complained about the noise on my second day was I able to get one of those. So I would recommend specifically requesting a room that does not look over the main atrium.

ttima struttura, ubicata in pieno centro storico a Yerevan e baricentrica per tutte le attrattive della città e base privilegiata per le eventuali escursioni alla scoperta dell’Armenia. Staff, colazione, pulizia ecc...tutto superlativo!!!...Disponibilità e professionalità alla reception ...in primis Gregory musicista alla Dep Leppard (Hysteria) e con la passione della boxe ...che ci ha assistito con professionalità durante le cene solitarie in hotel ...nonostante un menù davvero limitato ...e le sue colleghe sempre sorridenti e disponibili, il servizio colazione coordinato dalla capo chef molto professionale ed attenta nei confronti degli ospiti. Per quanto concerne l’Armenia...che dire...se non che merita un capitolo a parte.

L'Armenia è uno di questi.!!! È una terra di confini sottili… fragili…dove Ti immergi in una natura intima…: intatta…selvaggia…che Ti accarezza l’anima!!!
Sei a stretto contatto con un popolo semplice…umile…che custodisce le proprie tradizioni come il bene più prezioso. ...tra monasteri millenari...altipiani immensi e gole profonde dove l'unico suono è il vento e dove il silenzio …non è assenza di rumore……ma una presenza viva che ti costringe a guardarti dentro!!! We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Yerevan! Everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel.
A special thank you to the wonderful Gohar in the breakfast area. She was incredibly lovely, warm, and welcoming, and took such wonderful care of us throughout our two-week stay. Her kindness and attention made our mornings even more enjoyable and made us feel truly welcome.
