Наше пребывание в отеле в целом оставило приятное впечатление. Номер очень понравился: просторный, с приятным интерьером и свежим ремонтом. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Окна выходили на строящийся дом во внутреннем дворе, но нам это абсолютно не мешало. Отдельное спасибо персоналу — очень дружелюбные и приятные в общении.

Cons:

К сожалению, SPA-зона не оправдала ожиданий, хотя именно её наличие стало решающим фактором при выборе этого отеля. Сам комплекс хороший: большой бассейн, сауна, паровая зона. Однако огромный минус в том, что SPA доступен всем желающим, а не только постояльцам. В любое время дня и в любой день недели там очень много людей и детей. В бассейне на каждой дорожке постоянно по 4-5 человек, плавать практически невозможно. В пятницу вечером зона превращается скорее в шумный аквапарк, чем в место для релакса — в сауне одновременно находилось до 20 человек. Считаю, отелю стоит заранее предупреждать, что SPA открыт для массового посещения, так как для спокойного отдыха это место не подходит.

Лучший отель, последние 3г останавливаемся только в нем. Отличные завтраки, просторные, чистые номера. Отзывчивый персонал. Большой бассейн в спа зоне и неплохой спортзал
