В целом, очень неплохо
Pros:

Объект очень удобно расположен, все рядом. Ни разу не дошла до спа, поэтому в этом моменте не подскажу. Спортзал довольно неплохой, только там душновато и нет воды, берите свою
Чисто в номере

Cons:

Из минусов: шумновато, отель бизнесовый, поэтом как-то всегда довольно шумно. Один раз в 6:30 начали пылесосить в коридоре, ну камон

Не понравились подушки- неудобные

Cons:

Жили на 6 этаже. Дали два номера рядом,как просили.Завтрак хороший, отель прямо в центре. во дворике ресторан, а на 7 этаже бар, поэтому нам мешала громкая музыка вечером, но в 23:00 уже тихо. в бассейне много людей, поэтому были там всего два раза. В ванной комнате нет шапочек для душа, зубной пасты, зубных щеток, бальзама для тела

Отель чистый современный , с невероятным дружелюбным персоналом! В номерах чисто , но матрасы и подушки очень не комфорт

Обычный отель на 1-2 ночи
Pros:

Хорошее расположение, почти на самой площади.
Заселили на час раньше.
Удобная кровать.

Cons:

Очень маленький туалет, даже сложно закрыть дверь, когда ты зашел.
Маленький выбор на завтрак.

The location is in the center of the city very close to the republic square surrounded by restaurants and cafes

По приезде в отель в 15:45 номер был не готов и пришлось ждать еще 30 минут,когда его подготовят и выдадут ключи.В описании отеля заезд указан в 15:00
Ночью в районе 03:00 выключается кондиционирование номера и спать в такой жаре очень некомфортно.Включается кондиционер около 06:00.Странная политика отеля и забота о комфорте гостей

Everything was excellent. The staff were very polite, professional, and helpful. I actually moved to this hotel after a disappointing experience at the neighboring hotel, which I had originally booked through Booking.com. Despite its high rating and five-star classification, that hotel felt more like a guesthouse than a proper luxury hotel.

This hotel, on the other hand, exceeded my expectations in every way. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. I honestly don’t understand how the other hotel has such a high rating while this hotel offers a far superior experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
