Went to the Ember roof top bar, what a view and then the staff are just super
Mike Tyson, Ararat, Pablo, Tom Cruise and Ani they make you feel welcome and you get to laugh and learn about the city and it's culture. The service is phenomenal.
You got to try the pomegranate margarita.

right there near the republic square. nice for evening walks with lots of restaurants around. felt very safe in the city even late in the night.

An absolutely fantastic dining experience at the EMBER_EVN restaurant in the Holiday Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles, kindness, and professional service. Every member of the team was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful evening.
The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish exceeded our expectations.
The stunning panoramic view overlooking Republic Square made the experience even more memorable. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal while taking in one of Yerevan’s most beautiful views.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for exceptional food, outstanding hospitality, and an unforgettable atmosphere. We will definitely be back

Местоположение
Бар на 7м этаже
1.Завтрак. Давайте откровенно. Так организованы завтраки в отелях макс 3*. Зона завтрака в лобби вплотную к ресепу, рядом с лифтами и входом: заезжающие, выезжающие и завтракающие в одном пространстве. Столиков остро не хватает. Мебель из столовой с студенческом кампусе. Люди подсаживаются, потому что не могут найти места. Удовольствие от завтрака в отеле точно не получить. Отстоять в очереди к дико медленной кофе-машине, быстро поесть и уйти. Ребят, это не стоит $27 даже близко. Все что не касается еды - у вас ужасная концепция завтраков. Но сам шведский стол оч неплохой, это правда.
2. Инфраструктура отеля. Вайфай никакой. На 4м этаже лучше ловит Мариотт, чем собственный. На этажах какой-то дикий ковролин из дешевых мотелей или провинциальных беззвездных отелей. Чтобы попасть на свой этаж, нужно приложить карту в лифте. То есть если вы взяли 1 ключ на семью, выходя вместе, что вернутся по-отдельности без проблем не получится. Эта фишка с ограничением доступа на этаж не соответсвует уровню отеля. Воду в номер ставят 1 раз при заезде. Дальше надо в тапочках ходить к кулеру у лифтов. Это бред и сразу понижение класса.
На фото отель выглят впечатляюще, что 100% водит в заблуждение, так как это не главный вход, а внутренний двор. Входить вы будете через дверку втиснутую между двумя магазинами, как в хостел. Даже найти этот вход непросто.
3. Сервировка завтрака в номер при оплаченных завтраках (даже с доплатой) не работает: вы просто должны потерять 100% стоимости и полностью оплатить услугу. То есть, если у вас завтрак включен в бронирование, то не насладитесь таким сервисом.
4. Никакого предложения помочь с багажом при заезде не было, что выбивается из практики 4* отелей.
5. Стирка и химчистка. К сожалению дно. Качество стирки, срок выполнения и вид, в котором приносят - ну это чисто номинально услуга есть, но по факту нет.
Great location, very good breakfast, clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet sleep, friendly staff.
SPA zone. Sauna wasn't working the whole week, everything looked a bit crowdy and a bit tired.
Объект очень удобно расположен, все рядом. Ни разу не дошла до спа, поэтому в этом моменте не подскажу. Спортзал довольно неплохой, только там душновато и нет воды, берите свою

Из минусов: шумновато, отель бизнесовый, поэтом как-то всегда довольно шумно. Один раз в 6:30 начали пылесосить в коридоре, ну камон
