The breakfast was very good—tasty and rich. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable; we slept very well. The staff were very friendly, and the environment felt safe. The hotel also had security checks at the entrance due to an international event, and the personnel remained welcoming throughout.

Cons:

Хорошее расположение, комфортный номер

Cons:

Не понравилось обслуживание: пришлось дважды звонить просить принести зубной набор, поскольку после первого звонка забыли об этом.
В день выезда горничная сама без стука открыла утром наш номер и быстро закрыла дверь, увидев или услышав меня. Это не приемлемо для такого отеля, я была не одета.

ОСТОРОЖНО, МОШЕННИКИ!!! BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. Бронировал 20.12.25 2 номера сроком на 6 дней через booking.com, чтобы отпраздновать Новый год. При бронировании было указано, что предоплата не требуется платите на месте, отказ от бронирования 30.12. Для бронирования нужно было указать как гарантию банковскую карту. 22.12. отель попытался снять всю сумму около 1500€ с моей карточки. Всей суммы не оказалось, повезло, поэтому сняли только половину. Банк мне об этой операции не сообщил и я вовремя не увидел, что отель снял деньги. Представители отеля мне в этот же день начали присылать письма, что бронь аннулирована, я ответил что не отказываюсь платить, но оплачу по прилету и поселении, т.к. деньги на карте мне нужны для приобретения авиабилетов (как и было указано при бронировании на сайте). В конечном результате у меня без моего согласия сняли 750€, все деньги которые были на карте. Бронь аннулировали, праздники испорчены. Связывался с сотрудниками отеля, для возврата денежных средств, естественно мне отказали. Предложил оставить им деньги за сутки за 2 номера, тоже получил отказ. Наверное, таким образом они ведут свой бизнес 🤷‍♂️. Очень часто летаю в Ереван, останавливаясь во многих гостиницах, всегда встречаю очень гостеприимных и приятных людей, но такие …. встречаются первый раз.
P.S. Если все же собираетесь останавливаться в этом отеле, то указуйте карты с нулевым балансом или недействительные. Сохраните свои деньги и нервы.

Great swimming pool. Good breakfast. Generally satisfied, but maybe a little overpriced for it's value

Cons:

Had just 1 set of towels, bath rob and slippers. When we asked for another one - we got only bath rob. Also we spent 3 days, but somehow had no cleaning. So, no more water bottles and etc.
