Great location in city centre. Nice room and breakfast was ok. Another time in Yerevan I would pick the same hotel.

Всегда в отелях должны быть зубные щетки/спонжики и прочее для комфорта. В номере этого не оказалось. Очень жесткий матрас, было не комфортно

This is a decent place in a very good location. The rooms are quite comfortable and modern, with electrical outlets in the right places. No extra amenities are provided in the bathroom, and there is a lot of signposting around the room, with little notices saying to do this or not to do that (I just removed them all immediately and put them in a drawer). Breakfast features an omelette station, which is good, while the rest of the buffet was quite unspectacular and perhaps a bit minimal.
Many rooms look onto an atrium or interior courtyard. The main atrium is shared with a restaurant, which can be very noisy until 11 pm every night. There are a few quiet rooms (in a different section of the building), but only after I complained about the noise on my second day was I able to get one of those. So I would recommend specifically requesting a room that does not look over the main atrium.
