Room was great size, clean.
Wish handicap room was on 1st floor.

Some extra chairs in the room. It is a suite but no small table to sit and eat
The floor in the bathroom had stains in front of the tiolet like it was not cleaned before our arrival.
the elevator was scary, loud noises after the doors close.

The pool was suppose to be heated. They said they were waiting for a part when we got there. 2 weeks later still not fixed.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is handy. There is a Publix across the street, a Norton's sports bar around the corner, and a few restaurants close.
Parking is in a parking lot to a mini mall. At times it can be full.

There isn't a separate area for dogs owners. Barking during the week hours

Suite was very clean...nice kitchen, nice bathroom, however it is very outdated. Lighting is poor, not enough living room seating, TVs were not the greatest. Needs some updated furniture and decor. Location was great and staff was pretty friendly.
