Beautiful and memorable.
Pros:

The environment of the hotel with osmanthas. Staff is nice and friendly. 五季书院 is very nice.

Cons:

Please add more visible signs for directions as the hotel compound is rather large.

Pros:

酒店硬件不錯，滿滿禪意！我們帶娃出行，房間還是挺舒服的。唯一需要改善的是，整體服務員對客人的禮貌，不夠溫暖。

Pros:

Design of the hotel, gym facilities, location on the outskirts of Nanjing meant to was quieter

Cons:

More staff - it was challenging to find anyone around to help. Better in-room dining would have been good. Healthier/vegetarian options pls.
