Pros:

Elevator advertised however staff refused to operate elevator for me even though they knew I am handicapped. I asked for a room on a lower floor and they refused.

Mattress and box spring placed on floor.

Staff entered room to snoop each time I left, they even left the door unlocked.

Staff did not inform me of UPS package pickup so they could keep items after I checked out.

Infested with Bed Bugs.

Someone from the staff followed me around town on my errands.

Police told me it was condemned to be closed in 2 weeks - -and there was a sign that said something about it but it was still open.

Cons:

Hell of a place. No elevator, strong smell of cigarettes. So strong that I almost fainted. Trash place. No breakfast. No room card. You have to ring the doorbell every time you come back from outside. Quite troublesome. The most unpleasant stay.Those apps should not accept that they are deceiving customers. The apps should be investigated. You can't join them in deceiving consumers. This is a big mistake.

Cons:

The property was disgusting and smelled horrible. The sheets had mold and mysterious stains and smelled dirty. The pictures are of a completely different place. They don’t respect reservations and if someone wants your room they get it and you will be turned away. The guy even admits the city is trying to shut them down. The room was freezing and dirty. We stayed long enough to find and book another hotel and turned in the key.

the location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. the conditions of the rooms need improvement.. the walls could be more sound proof. needs improvement of the heating and air conditioning system.

Pros:

TERRIBLE. I left the hotel…a first in my life after 100 inexpensive Motel stays.

The pictures are MUCH bette than reality. This is not really a hotel, more a permanent long term residence for people who seems to struggle in life.

Pest control signs everywhere, dirty like I had never seen…please don’t book there based on the pictures

A sign was on the door stating “if you do not live here you cannot come in” and no answered calls or feedback. Hotel.com agent Judy cannot get a hold of them either. I just cancel the whole reservation for the two rooms. We were practically trying to get a hold of OYO staff to no avail for two hours
on the phone. It’s ok. It’s too embarrassing to post. I just want to let you know. Thank you anyways.

It's a shame to offer this hotel on your site. It's dirty, it smells bad and the pictures on the website are fake. The room we got was pitiful, with no curtains to hide the street lights. The girl at the reception seemed to be on drugs. Leave this cheap accommodation order quickly.

The room was dirty! I asked the front desk for cleaning supplies. The windows were single pain plexiglass, which has NO SOUND BARRIER ! I heard everything outside all night ! NO air conditioning! Dripping water in the bathroom added to the noise ! I got about 3 hours of broken sleep ! The hotel should be condemned! ( literally !) I'm very disappointed !
