Convenient, good price, very nice staff

Cons:

The shower was definitely broken. Water pouring out the bottom faucet, very loudly, while the water pressure at the shower head was very weak.

The best part of the stay was the shower which was truly walk in without a curb to climb over.
Pros:

They closed breakfast at 9:30. I missed it by 10 minutes and had to go elsewhere at my expense. No coffee in the room. Their coffee machine was one cup at a time and very slow (55 seconds per cup).

Cons:

I went downstairs for coffee with the line of people waiting for the slow machine. People were complaining out loud. One person said the hotel operators were greedy for not paying someone to make coffee. By the time I came back the breakfast operation shut down.

Pros:

There were no juices and the hot food was cold.
Not good

Cons:

Didn't like paying for parking. People don't like being nickel and dime.
Just include it in the room rate.
