Laundry facility excellent.
Breakfast ok, coffee needs to be better.

Rooftop awesome.
Checkin was slow. Dinner was great quality but few lunch options and pitifully few room service options. Room service also took 60 to 90 minutes. Pools are numerous but most were a bit crowded. Cocktails were generally not good, though some mocktails were tasty. Checkin and checkout were slow. Not an abundance of amenities or activities during the day
We loved staying at Aloft Tulum. Great hotel, wonderful, rooftop pool, and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. I would not recommend setting up your airport shuttle through them though. They didn’t show up for our ride to come home and we had to call a taxi at 4 AM.

The staff super nice and the location is great.
Aloft Tulum is located in the middle of downtown. It is a well kept and clean hotel with modern design and amenities. There is a beautiful view on the rooftop that contain a swimming pool and a restaurant. Near the hotel are convenience stores and small stores. Front staff is very helpful and accommodating, especially Jorge who helped us with transportation to the airport.

I didn’t like the shower in the opening, I prefer close door with toilet in bathroom. But the the decor was fabulous.

Service was good but the parking was an issue. We didn’t know parking wasn’t part of the hotel but I’m glad they were able to waive the fee for that.
Great place to stay overall.
Very nice hotel. Very clean , the breakfast buffet was delicious.Very friendly and accommodating staff. I would recommend it.

This boutique hotel was inviting and felt so off the beaten path. It was centrally located.
No free parking
Property was great, as well as location. Phones were not working so it was hard to order in room dining I had to keep calling from my cellphone and even then nobody would answer. Overall great stay.

Excellent location , brand new property. Friendly and helpful staff
The hotel smelled really damp or mildewed. Front desk Staff not friendly at all. We had a car accident on the way to the hotel. No one from the hotel asked if we’re ok. I didn’t want to even asked questions. It was 2 guys at the front maybe working a 12 hour shift, not friendly at all! At one point maybe 2 ladies came to help still not a smile a hello a good bye a welcome…. Nothing… The security staff was very friendly. I didn’t like room service they brought the meal with no utensils to eat with. I love the area great walking distance to several stores and restaurants. Housekeeping was the best always friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed at several Alofts never felt so invisible. I loved my one bedroom with a terrace.
