入住經驗都很好，會想再入住。
Pros:

1.迎賓人員很親切，也很主動提供服務。
2.櫃檯人員很友善，並且能用流利英文協助入住。
3.迎賓禮有蘋果、餅乾外，大廳還有蘋果汁喝到飽，真的很好喝！！
4.早餐及晚餐採自助式，剛好這次入住時遇上螃蟹季，可以吃到蟹腳真的很滿足，所有餐點也都在水準之上，非常好吃，吃的超級撐！
5.溫泉非常舒服，有著名的蘋果溫泉，還有露天溫泉。
6.房間格局很寬闊，榻榻米床也睡得很舒適。

Cons:

地理位置稍微不方便，但可以預約搭乘接駁車或從平賀車站徒步走過去，當天是直接從弘前站叫計程車前往，車費四人平分很划算。
房間稍微有點異味（聞起來像煙味，但應該不是）

駐車料金が無料であまり遠く無く便利でした。雨ふりだったので、玄関近くに乗降の車寄せが有ればもっと便利かな。
Pros:

普通のメニューながら、美味しかった。郷土色のある御吸物や味噌汁などいつも楽しみです。

Cons:

月曜の一番での朝食だった事もあり、かなり混雑して座れない人達も出ていた。前夜に予定表にバッチを貼るシステムだが貼りっぱなしで、活用効果は少ないと思った。
