Pros:

There were about 200 steps too many to get to my room it’s a very poorly designed hotel. Staff are extremely slow replying to emails and they don’t reply to Expedia messages. The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot, in the photos the room looks a lot larger. Also the hotel is very isolated you need a car to get around there is nothing nearby. The man at the front desk wasn’t very nice either couldn’t be friendly or nice.

The hotel was overall nice, but I would say it needs a bit of maintenance. The room looked a bit more run down than the pictures (things like chipped paint etc) but nothing too major. The view from the Junior Suite was lovely and really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at sunset. The breakfast was quite limited (the only option is Turkish breakfast) and as we were staying for over a week this did get boring. The main issue though would be the language barrier as most of the staff did not understand English, so communicating things like the TV remote not working was a challenge. Also, the wait staff were all very young and inexperienced so food service was often slow or non-existent. One waiter would pick his nose and then serve us food which was not pleasant. But overall, the hotel pleasant and the pool area is lovely.

Fikk oppgradering ved ankomst, da jeg hadde bursdag dagen etter, det satt vi veldig stor pris på. Ellers var alt av service, hotell, frokost, middag, lunsj og service helt amazing. Menneskene som jobbet på dette hotellet var helt eksepsjonelle

When we arrived at the hotel property a strong sewerage smell was emitting from around the property. Was taken to our room the smell was even worse. The hotel did not recognize, but also in a way did, as they sent perfume to the room to mask the smell. The hotel staff was incompetent and did nothing to resolve the issue. We left after the first night when we could not sleep due to an unbearable smell of raw sewage!

Pros:

Booked a 30 m2 room, unfortunately the room was maximally 18-19 m2. Room was nice design but very small. Bathroom was super small and shower switches between cold and boiling hot. Cleaning was struggling and u had to ask sometimes 2/3 times to get towels. Pool area was nice, and the staff that worked there were helpful. Room is the big negative here.

One of the most charming and clean hotels we stayed at. Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms and pool were very clean,
Breakfast was excellent. 10 minute taxi to marina. Our one day stay turned into 4 days and we will definitely come back again.

Pros:

The actual hotel is stunning but we chose the superior room, and to be honest there is nothing superior about it. We stayed for over a week and the room size is very small, extremely dusty and the water pressure is rubbish. I want to be as realistic as possible as I picked this hotel based on the reviews. They told us breakfast was 7am until 11am so the day we checked out we had an early start.. We went down at 7.15am and they said breakfast isn't until 8.30am which was a joke as we had a full day of travelling so the only time we could eat was early morning - anyway, the room lighting is fantastic however, they have a frosted window in the main door with no curtain so the minute the sun is up (we had Sea view so we were higher up on floors) the whole room would light up which meant we didn't sleep well at all, there is also the other guests balcony light that stayed on at night so it was pointless having curtains because unless you had an eye mask you wouldn't be able to sleep in darkness. Sea view.. Is also only partial so don't get fooled. Breakfast is waited so it's not buffet, every day its traditional Turkish breakfast which got boring so I think out of the 8 nights we stayed, we had breakfast about 4 times. Staff are lovely and polite. No lifts so if your on the higher floors you'll be getting your steps in for sure. Overall lovely, but I don't think I would stay again as the room size was very small and dusty, we were constantly wiping our things.

We had an amazing experience in this hotel, it's so clean and they follow up with you on all your requests and needs.
The staff is so kind and friendly and they're always smiling and they want to help in whatever they can.
Will definitely repeat this trip again.
