We arrived late & left early and it was a great location for an overnight stay en route to our destination- clean, quiet & located close to restaurants & a bakery which was open early (6am) to grab coffee & baked goods when we left.
Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre familiale . La fenêtre donnait la montagne. Nous y sommes restés 4 jours, la salle de bain a été faite tous les jours. Très bon accueil de la part du personnel.

Lovely, friendly hotel staff. It’s a simple, clean, cost effective hotel we used as a stop off point on the way to the mountains. Would recommend for this purpose.
Very basic 1970s hotel with lino floors and small ancient bathrooms BUT quiet, loads hot water, really smiley staff and excellent wifi.
The hotel is very simple, small rooms, cheap and cheerful but well located for access to Cluses and the Grand Massif area. The elevator is very noisy so ask for a room as far away from the elevator as possible. I was awakened several times through the night, every time someone used the lift.
And I would advise not to pay extra for breakfast: the "buffet" is VERY limited and definitely not worth the 9+ euros you pay. There is a great bakery right next door and you can get a much better selection for way cheaper.

I enjoyed my stay. Rooms were basic but represented value for money which was what I was after. Good location for cycling. Breakfast was good. Key standout was the couple who manage the hotel who are simply delightful.
