以前、堂島ホテルから比べると料金が上がってるけど、バスタブがなくっていた事が残念でした。

Pros:

The staff was amazing and lovely to work with. Very attentive and helpful. I enjoyed my interactions with them. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The walls were thin and my floor was pretty noisy. My room was near the elevator and this contributed to a lot of noise.

We recommend this hotel. The staff was top notch in the location was great.
Pros:

We loved the staff. We loved the location. They left us a cute little gift in our refrigerator for our birthday and anniversary celebration. The whole stay was delightful. As a married couple, for 35 years, we found our twin beds in our near our room really fun.

Cons:

My husband was very disappointed to find the Book of Mormon and a New Testament in the drawer. One of the reasons we left the United States supposed to get away from proselytizing and Christianity. This really bothered him. I cared less, but I get it.
