Pros:

Tout !! Propreté de l'hôtel, taille de la chambre, vue exceptionnelle (nous étions au 11ème étage, sur un coin), la salle de gym ouverte 24h/24, l'accueil du personnel, les attentions portées par le personnel, le billard, le petit déjeuner (délicieux !), les environs (pas en centre ville donc beaucoup plus calme mais très proche de plusieurs stations de métro ou de train suivant la destination souhaitée).

Excellent hotel, location and facilities. The room was great, spacious (what is really a spot in japan) and confortable. Complete gym and great breakfast. Great staff!

한 가지만 빼면 위치 시설 편안함, 친철 모두 좋았습니다.

Cons:

자고 일어나서 벌레에게 여러군데 물였습니다. 어떤 벌레인지 모르겠으나 팔과 몸통 심지어 턱 쪽 얼굴까지 물린 자국이 있습니다.

It was a fabulous experience and we will definitely visit again soon.
Pros:

The ambiance was exceptional and world class.

Very easy to navigate and I enjoyed sufficient support from the staff.

The facilities were unique and up to standard, I will recommend to anyone travelling to Osaka to give it a try.

Cons:

I would have liked booking.com to inform us about the city tax ahead of my booking instead of finding out on arrival.
