Lacklustre stay on business
Pros:

Check in was ok, and the bed was comfortable, rooms were a reasonable size, and the shower was good. The food in the pub next door wasn't bad, although beware of the foul language of the regulars if you are taking kids in.

Cons:

The room wasn't made up every day in both weeks I stayed, and the second room I stayed in upstairs was tired, and in need of a deep clean in the bathroom, particularly around the edges....

Team was lovely

Cons:

Room was super old and beds were broken the shower and all the furniture was falling apart and there were stains on the bedding. The breakfast was a roll and coffee not explained in the booking

Pros:

You charged me for 2 rooms when I asked for family room when asking the night shift to resolve this I was told putting my 14 year old son in his own room on the ground floor why we was on the first floor was the way forward I will be going to the main website and up loading this as I found this disgusting.
