Cheap and cheerful. Clean and tidy and fine for price which now includes breakfast

Pros:

Large room not too dissimilar from a Premier Inn

Cons:

Location behind a pub and near a petrol station but far back enough not to effect the stay. Not breakfast room and the breakfast in a bag was too basic.

Dirty and tired and probably quite unsafe
Pros:

Room was spacious

Cons:

It was dirty. The carpet was filthy, needed vacuuming and cleaning. A stain for example just where you get out of bed ! The shower room was new but unfinished, tiles dirty and a rubber mat in the shower which was disguising and smelt of urine when you stood on it. Dangerous too as there was quite a step up into the shower and no hand rail, just the disgusting rubber mat to prevent slipping. The door to the room looked like something from a war zone it had been jemmied so many times. The corridor had some steps and someone had clearly splashed something all over the steps and wall but no one had bothered to clean it. We thought we were here me going to a Best Western and would get a certain standard but it is privately owned and run. There was no love of the place and certainly no management - despite a long letter from the « manager » in the room, he was not connectable, just referred to reception. Will never use aBest Western again

Pros:

Quiet, safe location.

Cons:

Rooms way to hot, couldn't find a way to turn heat down. Walls to next room are paper thin, heard someone's alarm go off at 4am. If you stay in room 21 all you can hear is the tumble dryer all night. Didn't get the best sleep.
