Cheap, clean and served a purpose for a one night stay.
Room was cold on arrival, it did warm up eventually.
Flawless checkin, comfortable room, good value for money, friendly staff, free small continental breakfast buffet.
Just a fair amount of old litter next to my car in the shrubs etc but overall would stay here again!
Location
Check in times and flexibility a joke, won’t stay again as £10 to check in 15 minutes early at 3:45 is robbery.
Location is good for commuting. Restaurant on site is good after a long day.
Had difficulty with the heating in the room so felt a little cold through the night. Previously I had the choice of sausage or bacon barm for breakfast and this time it wasn't offered and I was disappointed at this.
Very welcoming and friendly receptionists. We couldn't stay for the breakfast so the gentleman gave us a take away bag with a selection of croissants, fruit and yogurts. Great gesture
The radiator on the wall wasn't working so it was quite cold in the room but we got additional electric heater which solved the problem.
Location suits us for visiting relatives
Only use as a bed and room
The blow heating didn’t appear to be working had a plug in radiator in the room but dared leave on all night. Cold when we first came I tot he room
We would like the option to have two pillows each
It was very peaceful and quiet and just perfect place for my stay
Honestly couldn’t find one fault apart from I didn’t get to try the food which is my fault
Convenient location
Very tired decor generally. Rooms were very basic needing a big refresh. Beds were fairly comfortable.
Unfortunately there was some kind of industrial work going on directly adjacent to the hotel which resulted in a horrible low vibrating noise/vibration which was very disturbing. Thankfully this ended at about 8pm, but made sitting in the bedroom in the evening uncomfortable.
Love this place apart from the bald head guy on reception very very rude
Bald head guy on reception
Nothing much!
Welcomed by a very scruffy and grumpy guy when checking in, he asked me for an additional £10 to access my room one hour early.
The hotel is drab, very tired and untidy. Remnants of it once being a Premier Inn remain, including bedrooms that have not been updated for decades.
