Easy going.. clean.. stress free!
The kids drinking in the pub next door . But that happens everywhere when they have nothing else to do at the start of the school holidays!
Bed was comfortable, biscuits were nice touch, staff very friendly and helpful,
Water pressure was quite low, toilet was difficult to flush, only a small amount of toilet paper on a roll, no hot chocolate sachets, one bedside lamp didn’t work, unsure what the situation was with breakfast, confirmation said continental breakfast included, so went to the pub across

Location was good for our needs.
Rooms were a decent size, beds comfortable and rooms had tea and coffee facilities. We were made to feel welcome by Mike on reception.
Room was not serviced on second day - wouldn’t have minded if they had told us it wouldn’t be serviced but soap dispensers were on the empty side and therefore didn’t get filled the next day. Not sure whether it was meant to be serviced or not?

Honestly can’t say enough about it, our room was clean and modern, comfortable beds, coud of done with an extra pillow or 2 but super comfy regardless - the staff was so helpful and kind, I ask for a few extra things and they sorted them out no problems, really felt at home there,
Well located for my journey with the convenience of a large pub that does good next door. Facilities wise it has everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

Good location. Next to pub. Pub had outdoor television screen for football. Staff kindly moved our room to the back of the hotel which was quiet.
