Close to river nice rooms
Nothing
The location was nice. On the main road but out of the city and right on the river.
Bed was uncomfortable with flat pillows. Bathroom was cramped. First morning shower was fine. Second morning just got started washing in the shower when all of a sudden no hot water.
The river was absolutely gorgeous. The room was pretty good. Clean and comfy.
The bathroom was an absolute disappointment. The pictures look completely different than what I got.
Next to the river. The people were very nice.
We were unable to stay here because our room was given away despite having a reservation.
They don't honor reservations. We had one with a confirmation number for Valentine's Day evening. We drove 2.5 hours and arrived at 8:30pm just to be told that our room had been given away due to over booking. The manager had tried to call and left a message asking what time we would be arriving, but never said our room would be given away. We had no service when she called. Elizabeth said that there was a "first come, first served" policy when they are over booked. None of this was relayed in the message, and there were no other hotel rooms available. We ended up having to drive over an hour away for other accommodations. Do NOT stay here. Elizabeth didn't even offer us any compensation and just said we had to go through booking.com to get our money back.
I drove from tennessee and thought I had a reservation but the person working the desk told me she couldn't find my reservation I showed her my booking receipt and confirmation number everything I need to get my room and was still turned away then they said I was a no-show and billed me for a room I didn't even stay in horrible I don't think I will be staying there again.

Nice place
Little on the older side room smells had to go to store and get some cleaning supplies and had to clean the first night so some very small shower when u used the floor got wet and we left a day early because we seen roach by the fireplace and two more in the bathroom
The river front room was nice beautiful view
The ice machine was broken along with the drink machine
Staff was friendly and the riverview was nice other than the junky houses on the other side of the river
Bed was hard and you could not roll over without it sounding like it was falling apart. The paneling was all cracked up and needs to be replaced. The shower valve didn't want to turn all the way off so we heard it trickling all night.
Great location! Easy to get to Bryson City and Cherokee!
The bed wasn't comfortable. The bathroom has show marks and water on the floor and found an old card key room key (not for their rooms) used for repairing the wall on the back of the toilet. I assume that's what the dirty shoe marks were from. Otherwise not horrible.
River ONLY
Wasn't even close to being considered anything but pathetic. If you can think of ANYTHING that could be either not safe or non-existent. I'm saying neither door would secure. We had 4 total minutes of warm water. (<20°) Outside.
Great location
Ad was misleading on the bed accommodations
