The best part was walking out the backdoor, sitting in a rocking chair watching the river. Very relaxing. Cable was good as well as the bed.
There was only 2 people running the place. A married couple. It seemed like most of the duties fell on the wife, so she was pretty frazzled most of the time. The vending machines did not work. There was no water in the pool. It was 90 or above during our stay. It would have been nice to get in the pool. There was only one very dim overhead light. There should be a lamp on either side of the bed. Our room was full of gnats. Very annoying. We saw 2 roaches. Killed one, the other got away. We saw one spider and killed it. This is our third time staying here and by far the worst. I don't think we will stay at Lloyd's again.
The river.. the lady in office was having to run office and cleaned a n and ran herself ragged.
Not 3 king beds, 1 king,1 twin and 1
Full. . Horrible bed. Twin bed was sloped.
And all bed were very uncomfortable. Bath was so small you had to turn sideways to get in . Will never stay again unless it is remodeled.
It was very cozy. It was away from everything but in a great location to get to any and everything. Very cozy, quiet and nice!
Great spot
Booking didn’t get room I wanted
We have stayed here multiple times and loved it, yes the rooms are outdated but it was cozy and worth the money
Cost the location of our room it seems they are renting to people on weekly basis? We had ants in bathroom no plug in to dry hair in bathroom the one plug that is in there it’s not enough space to plug anything in cracks in the main door, the smell of the septic tank. I just think that owner needs to work on the appearance of the rooms. No electric outlet but one in whole room we didn’t want to plug it up to the surge protector because it already looked like a fire hazard, we are not fancy people at all and Lloyd’s used to be our favorite place but after the 3 days we will be searching for another place for our getaway
Location was great. The river right behind it with all the seating was amazing.
When I called they said pool was open. But that pool hadn’t been open in years!!
Being right on the river
Bathroom wasn’t great, bedside lamps would’ve been a big plus
It is an older Motel but very well kept. Very quiet neighborhood and a great view of the river, right out the your back door.
No fault of their own but had a bad storm come through and the electric was out for about 2 hours.
It was clean and quiet
Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like.
Love the cabiny feel of the place. Excellent views with seating out back to watch/listen to the river. Very relaxing and quiet. Well decorated.
Tub was small and I feel like a walk in shower would be a better fit for the space .
The location and the view
The room was full of bugs. Told management about it and she brushed it off as "well, you are in the mountains and there are bugs". Every place has bugs but they are not supposed to be in your room. Checked with other people and they all said there were no bugs in their room. The first day I killed about 75 bugs. Complained again. She came in and poured clorox down drain in bathtub because the Bathroom was where most of them were.
This did not help. They just kept appearing. Got tired of killing them. Stayed out of room as much as possible. Very run down place. Will never stay there again.
Great location
Pool was not available
I love that it was quiet and not in a super busy area. We fished out back and played in the river. Lots of wildlife and our puppy had a blast out back. I can’t wait to go back , this was our second time there.
Price wise it was nice
The pictures on the internet are not the pictures of the actual room you get, the pics depicted something new and modern, the reality was the room was very outdated and needed some tlc in the bathroom...overall it was clean and the ac worked decent, beds were a little hard for my liking and the vending machine and pool were out of order which it didn't say on there website..plus they say "pet friendly " but dont tell you about the $25 pet non refundable deposit till you arrive...I mean for $150 bucks it was alright I guess
Beautiful location right on the river with mountain views.
Dated facility not kept up well enough to be called charming. Groups of people standing in the parking lot smoking and talking made navigating the narrow drive and area around the office difficult.
